    Worried about you Anwen after a while there seems to be a pattern to your vids. Talk to someone. There is always a solution to everything. If you are feeling low you need to be honest with yourself first and then seek solutions. No job is tough when you are motivated but if you are feeling low every task is difficult and a chore. Don’t go hard on yourself and never give up. ❤

    They say it's a god's calling. Loads of inteligent or rich people suffer of this as it is a time of a night when most interesting ideas are comming to a surface of consciousness.

    I had similar sleep issues. I was on a small dose of anxiety meds, but Dr added an antidepressant, which I was skeptical and nervous of. That with melatonin added in, has worked consistently for a while now. I'm sorry you can't get it in the UK. They have it every where where I am in this US. I hope you find something that works ❤️

    Have you tried going to bed a bit later. So try going to bed at 12pm and see if you wake up at 6am.....feels better than waking up at 3am and doing a full day. Try a 20 min nap or relax during the day before 3pm if you can. I sleep better at night if I have a tiny little nap or at least a lay down during the day. Xx

    Not me up and going after barely 5 hours of sleep. Dealing with the same thing. But I do feel like my body needs more sleep.

    As others mentioned it'd be worth getting your hormones checked because your mid 30's throw out some surprises like insomnia. Try magnesium and maybe give passionflower a whirl, it's worked for me in the past. Also mild anxiety and depression are sneaky and others will notice it before you so it could (not saying it is!) but it could well be that too. It sucks not sleeping, you have my sympathy.

    Difficulty getting to sleep is a sign of anxiety but early waking is a pretty classic sign of depression. People think depression means you aren't functioning at all or don't want to live anymore but it's a sliding scale. Some of the other things that you have said have made me wonder. You are hating your job, you've lost joy in things you used to love like makeup and I don't think youtube was giving you joy like it used to. You have picked up and really thrown yourself into things like crystal art but then moved on quickly, you've said you have body dysmorphia. Have you tried doing a quiz? A course of antidepressants may be beneficial.

    So please to see your beautiful face 😊 sorry to hear you have sleeping issues. It can be so disruptive to everything else in your life. My father has this same issue. Has done for as long as I can remember.
    If you are ok without the sleep, maybe find a hobby? Otherwise I'd suggest melitonin. It's helped me so so much to get quality sleep.
    Otherwise there is a product in my country called kid calm. But it's a little NZ company. What it is, is a super concentrated chamomile. Much more than a regular supplement or cup of tea.
    Also it's totally natural, and safe.

    Ps a hot cup of chamomile tea with honey and vanilla always helps me and if that doesnt work i stick a sleeping med up my vaa-jj and it does the trick love ya Anwen !!!

    I have the same issue. Waking up at 3 am every night is really frustrating. Try magnesium glycinate and ashwagandha.

    I legit take 3 to 4 benadryl capsules a night on top of 40mg of melatonin for my insomnia.

    It sucks isn,t it !...really frustrating. I can,t fall in sleep because my mind is going crazy...i do a LOT of thinking in bed..always negative thoughts...it drives me 🥜🥜🥜.
    But yes, melotonine is good...i can buy it here in the Netherlands and i,m willing to send it to you if you like...😘

    Also...you end up with sleep anxiety as you go to sleep worrying you will wake up. Try mixing your routine up. Xx

    Im a smoker and for the last five years i wake up every 20 mins i dont ever sleep longer than 20 mins at a time. Its crazy and my husband sleeps in another room cause he would be bother all night. It sux that i am dumb and cant just quit smoking. 😢

    Go check your hormones level maybe you are going through peri menopause. Go private because gp won’t help.

    Same happens to me, especially when I'm having some issues that bothers me in life such as work stress, worries about my family and so...
    We muslims believe that Allah (God) Our Lord, the blessed and exalted, descends every night to the sky of this world when the last third of the night remains. He asks, “Who is calling on me so I can answer him? Who is asking me (for anything) so I can give (it to) him? Who is asking for my forgiveness so I can forgive him?”
    Maybe this is why you also wake up at this time?
    I usually make use of this when it happens to make some prayers and shortly after I manage to get back to sleep. The trick is that if you find yourself unable to sleep within 20 min, get up of the bed, wash your face and make some prayers for like 20-30 min . If you get back to bed after that, you'll be able to sleep easily.... try it and let me know if it works for you !

    I'm the same way, and same times. I've never needed more than 5 hours of sleep, even when I was a teenager, unless I'm sick and then my body shuts down and demands rest. But I am up every morning between 3 and 3.30, which I guess is fine since I have to be at work at 7 AM. But I've always wanted to be one of those people that could sleep in but apparently that is not to be my lot in life. I also take Magnesium for migraines, which helps me get better quality of sleep, but I still only sleep 5ish hours. I take Magnesium Breakthrough by BIOoptimizers, not sure if it's available in the UK and it's expensive, but it has the seven essential versions of magnesium my brain needs. The one you will want that should be available is magnesium Citrate (think citrus) and not magnesium caltrate - can't remember why at the moment. I also like melatonin, which is also good for your liver to help filter toxins, and even though I'm in the US, I'd be happy to send you some and it wouldn't be an issue at all to do so for you, since we're friends and all, and I'm always happy to make sure my friends are taken care of.
