Reset a forgotten password in Windows 11

This old password reset trick STILL works in Windows 11
If you forget your password and get locked out of your pc this is an easy way to reset your password and get back in to your computer.
Note: if you want to protect yourself against this hack then you need to use full disk encryption on your hard disk, for example Microsoft Bitlocker or Veracrypt - Then, nobody will be able to tamper with your files.
