    Hope you are doing well!! Meal Prep & Planning for the upcoming week allows us to minimise stress and save a lot of time & money in kitchen during the week. It also enables us to budget our groceries, prevents last minute take outs and having healthful meals throughout the week.       Hi Swati, Thanks . So regular groceries are usually from Lidl & Dunnes & for Asian Store we go to the Shop in Carrigaline

    Be a smart homemaker and not a harried housewife shud be the mantra for a happy home !!
    The palak puree can be poured into ice trays and frozen to be used at a later date.

    There is no need to put a bay leaf inside the lentils etc in the western countries. I am in U.K, lentils, beans and flours keep well for six months or so, but these will be used up by then.

      @@beingmejustanothermommy I have been in England since 1968, never ever needed to do anything like that. We had the extreme heatwave in 1976 for six weeks, every food item was fine.
