Whoisarti's track was fab. Loved it the first time I heard it on SC. Sorry for your loss Christian, but how lucky you were to get that chance to make music with him. That's a good memory to hold on to.

BTW, it's obvious to me that you were the creative heart and soul of Spitfire. Seeing the libraries that you've created with TCHC, it's obvious to me that you were the one behind some of the most successful endeavors then, and are redefining sampling in many ways. My hat is off to you, Christian (and company). I'm slowly adding your products to my purchase list and removing others that make a lot less sense. Kudos to you and the gang for doing what you do. Cheers!

I want to be all-in, both feet, enthusiastically supporting everything you put your hand to. Your work felt like permission to start, to find a sound and wear it honestly, to drive tortured Detroit machineworks straight into the concert hall. For that, thank you.
But I still haven't heard a clear answer on the JKR comments. I saw a very sloppy PR job from Spitfire, which included their shoddy treatment of you. On this issue I believe, absolutely, that absence of information dumps petrol on the flames, and many would act and speak differently if they knew more. There's a lot of grace and goodwill you've earned from a lot of people to who you mean, well, a lot, but I'm far from the only one who needs to know, clearly, all that I'm supporting. If you've come round, wear it loud and proud. If not, avoidance feels like confirmation.

?? Christian. Can I come over and straighten all the pictures on your walls or at least send you a spirit level? I’m an old but budding musician searching for guidance, education, stimulus and entertainment. You give it all. Thank you. I hope your back mends soon.

That was great advice about balancing family life and a day job around composing music. You nailed it with the support comments. Definitely set aside time for yourself, for your music, but don't neglect your family. Or, at the VERY least, don't neglect your share of the household chores.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Christian. I lost an old friend who passed on right at the first of the year and went through a time of personal reflection after hearing the news of his passing from his widow. Thanks for this video... the entire video was very wonderful! Cheers!

Regarding your thoughts on deleting your old sample instruments because of the intrusive negative emotions they elicit - I am pretty sure I can guess what that’s about. And I’ve got to say I am so frustrated for you and disappointed in how your old company handled you. I’ve been a fan of yours for years now and your RUclips content inspired me to become a composer and not just be a touring musician. Your instruments made it possible for me to do that. I am still so inspired by you and your new adventure here. Proud of you and your reinvention. Much love and support from a total stranger. Keep shining!

Great podcast, thanks😎 the song was also beautiful❤ A demo doctor sounds very interesting as constructive feedback specific to your work is so important and makes personal progress so much faster. Looking forward to seeing how Crowhill networking will develop too. An FX engine sounds very enticing also😍 as it would be super cool to have things like this on hand for your other instruments. Sorry to hear about the loss of your friend, always sad when that happens. The session you played was fire🔥 All the best to everyone in the team ❤

I'm sorry for your loss, Christian. Such a touching story. But now, it seems I've come to understand the overarching idea better - to create a supporting network, taking into account these circumstances as well. Because it's truly invaluable to realize that in the process of creation, there are people who contribute to the formation of that magical atmosphere that is sometimes very difficult to describe in words. Thank you all very much for your kind words about the music, and special thanks to you, Christian, and CrowHill Company.

One of the most difficult parts of composing a tune is the way I arrange the instruments. Over the years it has become instinct balancing the sounds, but over producing, multi-layering too much and learning how to thin out the tracks is a struggle. I have to lose some of the stuff I strived for hours to record to force the 'less is more' to come out? How do you achieve it and what disciplines do you employ to cut out the chaff and enhance the good stuff? People talk about arrangements to do with orchestras, but what about the smaller budget home grown stuff? Do you deliberately limit the instruments on hand, with a small template? Thanks Christian, for the content. I'm so pleased you have found yourself, so that we get the benefit of your insights.
