The meaning and description of the song A heart-breaking conversation between two beloved doves who are separated by the destiny. They sing in their pain remembering those good days and also mention the present state of being away from each other. Miles apart from each other yet they sing their hearts out knowing that somewhere their beloved one is listening to them. Although, there’s no science or theory to explain this, they knew their words were being heard by each other. After all, love needs no science. "Baatein teri karte hue Thak ke so jaati hoon sirhaane aasmaan" Translation: I sleep under the sky tired, speaking about you. Appreciation: Under the open starlit sky, she thinks about him till she gets tired and falls asleep . Staring at the dark sky full of stars she throws herself into the infinity of the universe. Defying the gravity, she falls into the infinity of sky drowned in the thoughts of her beloved. Against her will, her body does not accompany her on the boundless journey of thoughts. And she falls asleep then and there. "Jaane kahaan moor jaati hain Dekhte dekhte tujhe yeh galiyaan" Translation: I look at you but the curves of the road makes you vanish away from my sight Appreciation: She wonders why the sleep takes her away from the thoughts of her beloved? The curves on the roads of her journey makes him fade away from her distant sight. "Teri tarah khushbu chale Taare hamaari tarah raaton se mile" Translation: I feel your fragrance in the air, when I see the stars meet like us in the darkness of night Appreciation: The way stars meet each other in the shelter of the darkness of night, she recollects those days when she used to meet him secretly in the darkness of the night. She remembers his fragrance, the fragrance that storms into her, leaving no room for the sorrow she carries with her every day. The fragrance that she will cherish for life, neither sweet nor sour, neither good nor bad, it had its own uniqueness which she never found elsewhere. "Suni nahi zamaane ne teri meri kahaaniyaan Karde koyi nawaazishen karam mehrbaaniyaan" Translation: The world didn’t listen to our story. Please someone have mercy upon us and be kind. Appreciation: Remembering all this she cries out as the world didn’t understand their love. Relevant to the time, place and the culture, agreement from family was the most important thing. The emotions and the pitch in which she sings this line, manifests how truly she must had tried to make her family understand but all went in vain. Inspite of all these hardships, there is still a ray of hope and she prays to the god for its mercy upon them and grant their wish. "Yeh aarzu thi ki dekhe yeh duniya Hum jaisa koi deewaana hi nahi Karde koyi nawaazishen karam mehrbaaniyaan" Translation: We had desired that the world would see upon us and think that there was no one as soulfully loving as we are. Please someone have mercy upon us and shower kindness upon us. Appreciation: On one of those nights when they met, leaning her head over his robust chest, resting over him, they sat staring at the starlit sky and dreamed of their future, inspiring the other youths who were mad in love, like them. But the castle of their dreams was shattered by the waves of reality. If things go as expected than after waking up, they realize that it was a dream. Life is surrounded by the clouds of uncertainties, with just one certainty that things will not happen as you wish them to be . All this with a prayer to the God to have mercy upon them. "Raat andheri mein chhup rahe the Gaam ek savera dhoond rahe the Sadiyon se jaise jaag rahe the Pyaar ko apne dhaanp rahe the" Translation: We were hiding into the darkness, searching for the day, lost inside darknes. Awake since decades, securing our delicate love. Appreciation: She reminisces the old days venturing together into the darkness to find a morning lost inside the crude oil of the night. A morning that will cease their meeting in nights and kill the fear of getting caught. Of all these difficulties, nurturing their love and protecting it from all the negative things of their life and evil world around them. "Phir gir pade Koyi mila naa sahaara kya karein Suni nahi zamaane ne teri meri kahaaniyaan" Translation: And we fell down, and we didn't receive any help or support, what should we do? And even the world didn’t listen to our story. Appreciation: And then they fell, without any support from anyone they were helpless. Crying on the fact ,why the world didn’t understand their love? "Tera woh pyaar yaad aayega Bhoolega naa yeh dil mera Kya ho gaya socha nah tha" Translation: Your love will always be remembered and my heart will never forget the love I received from you . Never thought that this would happen. Appreciation: Back to the present, away from her beloved she promises to him that she will always remember his love and her heart will never forget it. Whether they reunite or not, the love has rooted deep inside. What they were, happy, loving and together, and now what all has happened, which they have never imagined could ever happen. "Teri woh khaamoshiyaan Kah deti theen woh sabhi Jo tu nah keh saki" Translation: Your silence unfolded to me everything which you were unable to say. Appreciation: Without her uttering a single word, her silence spoke everything to him. The love, the happiness, the sorrows and all those mixed feelings like wild waves of a stormy sea, never went unsaid to him regardless of her speaking it out. The relationship they had was beyond words where silence speaks in volumes. "Kaise bataati tujhe Sharmaati thi main jaise Aanchal men jalta diya" Translation: How could I tell you that I was shy, just like a struggling flame of an oil lamp protected only by a cloth. Appreciation: Very beautifully and elegantly she replies to him by comparing her blush or shyness with a struggling flame of an oil lamp that’s protected from the winds with a fragile piece of cloth. Again, we see the cultural relevancy where the shyness is one of the most crucial and beautiful quality of a girl. Flaunting the shyness or the blush as her quality she explains him the reason behind her silence. "Khoye kahaan mujh ko bata Tera woh pyaar yaad aayega Bhoolega nah yeh dil mera" Translation: Tell me where did we get lost? Your love will always be remembered and my heart will never forget the love I found within you. Appreciation: The bright shiny day was enveloped by the dark gloomy grey clouds. It was all going so beautiful, where did we get lost and what went wrong .Tell me, he asks. He is not asking her, he is venting out the pain inside him to the unknown force that binds them and separates them. Amongst all this, they both promise that they will always remember their love and it will stay forever in their heart, no matter what. Conclusion: The emotion of love is the most important thing. People move on, we all do and even if we don’t move on , the flow of time drags us along with it. Yet, the emotion of love remains permanently fixed in one’s heart. What’s important is the emotion of love . Whether you are bounded by the man-made institutions like marriages or relationships, it does not matter much. Nothing is as powerful as the emotion of love, love is the strongest of all. Having said this, the pain of not being in some man-made institutions is still unbearable. No matter how much you explain yourself about all these we are humans at the end and we are definitely lured to these institutions like marriage. The pain is less if the love is one sided. Believe me, one sided love gives less pain than the two sided love. The pain is excruciating knowing the fact that even the other person loved you but you didn’t succeed due to various reasons what so ever . Hey Justin this is for you U said that u wanted to know what were they singing about. I hope u notice this comment.☺☺☺☺

“Tera woh pyar yaad aayehga” literally translates to “I’m gonna miss that love of yours” and that was the part where Asim was hitting that riff/high notes at the end of the song. Hope this helps.

Hey Justin..this is a song where two lovers who are no longer together are reminiscing the great love they had and the beautiful memories they shared together..they are appreciating the love they had and they promise each other now that even though they aren't together anymore, they will always remember all the love and beautiful memories they shared ❣️ So yeah it's a happy song you could say 🤗
jo late nazia ji ko dekhe ga woh aaj ki kisi bhi beauty ko bhool jaye ga...cz unki baat hi kuch aur thi...she was so graceful....she was matchless in media industry cz she mein drama nhi tha...she was serious sweet & so reasonable personality.....
They are fast friends in real life thats why one could see the chemistry in the song, Justin... you need to turn on the caption before reacting to any song from coke studio that would help you understand a lot.... now i want you to react to "Naina Morey, coke studio" Lots of love ❤
@@prettyprincess5595 At least I am disseminating truth not hate and for your kind information I have listened Momina's voice she has very beautiful voice.
I love that you noticed the western touch in their voices because they're both Pakistani artists that have been raised/spent many years living in America... Also it is a happy love song ..they are reminiscing about their love. Momina is always a heavy and emotional singer... She has this song titled Awaari from the film ek villain (one villain) that you may enjoy as well
This song is about person recalling the good time when he was in a relationship..in a good way..that is why they are showing mixed of happy and a little bit of off emotions... I suggest you re-watch it with captions on..you're gonna love it..
Their expressions are based on the lyrics. When they seem happy in songs its mostly because they are singing a love song. The male lyrics are based on enthusiasm and the female lyrics are around the worries of losing love. The juxtaposition of emotions is the reflection of how they approach love. Its a south asian thingie.
They are expressing the felling they got when they were in love ..... Every small thing they remember ...... Their hearts will never forget that love which they had .once .........
At 9:03 , you are seeing two different kinds of emotions because this song is the fusion of two different songs....one is Tera wo pyaar and the other one is nawazishen...I guess that's why there is a mixture of emotions
I kinda agree with your comment on the integrity of the performance. Momina mentioned in her BTS interview that this was one of her favorite songs and she felt emotionally attached to it. Asim has always had a more relaxed cooler vibe to his performances. Maybe that is why you felt them on different emotional frequencies.
Chaap Tilak (Coke Studio) - Abida Parveen & Rahat Fateh Ali Khan Rang (Coke Studio) - Amjad Sabri & Rahat Fateh Ali Khan Allahu Akbar (Coke Studio) - Ahmed Jehanzeb & Shafqat Amanat Ali Tumhe Dillagi Bhool Jaani Parre Gi - Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan Naina Morey (Coke Studio) - Javed Bashir & Akber Ali Laal Ishq (Ram-Leela) - Arijit Singh Jilawatan (Pepsi Battle of the Bands) - Call Daastan-e-Ishq (Coke Studio) - Ali Zafar Paar Channa De (Coke Studio) - Shilpa Rao & Noor Ranjish Hi Sahi (Coke Studio) - Ali Sethi Sweet Child O’ Mine - Nescafe Basement A long list but worth your time. Posting again until you react to them all. 🙈
to your dilemma around 8:00, its a bitter-sweet reminiscence and its meant to come off as a mixed emotion of sort; as from “tera woh pyaar “- which literally paints a picture of lover recalling those days of being loved like that.. ‘happy to have experienced it, yet sad that its long gone’
Hahaaa seriously ... I think the song dont even need reaction from him ... Its too high for him judge it even ... Its the best and we dont need anyone's comment and reaction on it .. its dear to our heart and better not demean it by playing it in parts .. people are doing workless work these days .. 😂just to create a youtube channel...
No. Song is emotional in a way to love. It's a love song. Ok' I understand u don't know lyrics. And I'm not a hater and don't take this comment in a bad way. LOVE FROM PAKISTAN

@@littleboy2966 yaar hadd hai.... Autotune kya hai malum nahi aur har jagah bass auto tune likhdo .....am not her fan but I have heard her original voice and she sounds the same....it's not autotune.....it needs practice
@sanju15able Yes bro agreed. I just hate those people who say that whole song is autotuned. She doesn't know how to sing and all. By adding eco, reverb, etc. The song gets so much better . Anyway you are right .🤞
Usually i dislike reaction channels and especially so called vocal coaches. But your different and provide lots of ACTUAL information and show genuine interest in the tiniest details!!
The emotions displayed by both the singers reflect the lyrics exactly. Where Momina seems hesitant & anxious, its b/s that's exactly what the lyrics are expressing. The video is available with eng captions. If you knew the meaning, you'd enjoy it far better.
They are actually reminiscing about their love, which is why you can feel different emotions. Its not exactly a sad song but a song about the past, which has happy as well as sad moments. Watching your reactions video the first time and i loved it 😊
The song is a love song Asim was smiling because the part of the song he was singing was fun tera who Pyar means "that love of yours" momina focuses more on her voice than her reactions
That isn't tuned... 😂 😂 😂 dude... The whole point of coke studio is live performance... And again on Momina mustehsan her voice is exactly like that!!! Its freakin amazing!!! You need to hear her more to realize that!!!
The next one should be: Tinak Dhin from Coke Studio Season 10 Singers: Ali Sethi, Ali Hamza & Waqar Ehsin - all 3 have different styles but came together on this song. This will blow your mind!
Also react to "Allahu Akbar" "Khaki banda" And "Ae dil" Some of the best songs of Coke Studio 😍 And then "Mehbooba" And "Resistance" By Nescafe Basement 😁♥️
well, the lyrics are based on reminiscent memories. Both of them are remembering the love they had back in the past. for me subjectively. it is supposed to be a sad song. It is pretty amazing that despite not knowing the lyrics you noticed the mixed message (sad or happy) the song is conveying
The song actually depicts an imotion that's "sad-happy"...its like the person should feel like a devil to another one....when they both are seperated...i hope u understand 😎❤️
Its a nostalgic song a lil morernazised ...its about 2 ppl...recalling probably all sweet n sour moments..of their first or teenage love( which probably came to end)...its like u have those memories...u cherish them n feel rich..even if u were sad at that time..ur happy...but a lil painful...
First thing this is not a Sad song, Second thing they both were even friends before coming in there singing profession, Third thing that you were talking about that momina is looking a little serious and asim is looking happy what no they both are happy and as I said this is not a sad song, Fourth thing they are professional and amazing singers, And we love them ❤️ I hope everyone agrees 😊❤️👍
REACT TO THEIR SONG MAHI AAJA ON COKE STUDIO. THEY BOTH SUNG THAT AND DO WATCH THE BTS U WILL SEE A PART OF THEM PRACTICING WITHOUT MICS AND MUSIC!!!! Plzzz❤❤
Momina is actually an engineer by profession. She never practiced singing. It’s just that her voice is unique so she sings sometimes. So this can be auto tuned and it’s totally okay as she is not a singer man!
Rahul B I guess you didn’t understand what i said. I’m not saying anything against her. My point is to NOT criticise her even if this is auto tuned. Hope you now understand it
YAY! You finally reacted to this! Loved your reaction! Tera woh pyaar yaad ayega means Your love I will always remember. Coke Studio does not auto tone which is why you have to be naturally good at singing and why some times some songs are not as good. It depends on the singers. Please react to Baari by Bilal Saeed and Momina Mustehsan and Jo Tu Na Mila by Asim Azhar and Ek aur Ek Teen by Danyal Zafar. None of them are from Coke Studio Pakistan but they are Pakistani. Venture out a bit from Coke Studio but please keep reacting to Coke Studio Pakistan because those are the best :)

Back to the present, away from her beloved she promises to him that she will always remember his love and her heart will never forget it. Whether they reunite or not, the love has rooted deep inside. What they were, happy, loving and together, and now what all has happened, which they have never imagined could ever happen.
"Teri woh khaamoshiyaan

Appreciation:
Very beautifully and elegantly she replies to him by comparing her blush or shyness with a struggling flame of an oil lamp that’s protected from the winds with a fragile piece of cloth. Again, we see the cultural relevancy where the shyness is one of the most crucial and beautiful quality of a girl. Flaunting the shyness or the blush as her quality she explains him the reason behind her silence.
"Khoye kahaan mujh ko bata
Tera woh pyaar yaad aayega
Bhoolega nah yeh dil mera"
Translation:
Tell me where did we get lost? Your love will always be remembered and my heart will never forget the love I found within you.

React to Jo Tu na Mila by the same singer Asim Azhar! This guy has such a good voice! You'll be amazed after listening to his songs!!!!
It is rccorded live ...all of coke studio...they reharse it like 1000 times before they finalise it

At 9:03 , you are seeing two different kinds of emotions because this song is the fusion of two different songs....one is Tera wo pyaar and the other one is nawazishen...I guess that's why there is a mixture of emotions
1: Tajdar e Harm By Atif Aslam
2 :Tera Wo piyar by Asim &Momina

I'm more curious about "Chaap Tilak"
There both are showing differemt emotions because their lyrics demands this.... One is complaining nd other one is showing love☺️
I kinda agree with your comment on the integrity of the performance. Momina mentioned in her BTS interview that this was one of her favorite songs and she felt emotionally attached to it. Asim has always had a more relaxed cooler vibe to his performances. Maybe that is why you felt them on different emotional frequencies.

to your dilemma around 8:00, its a bitter-sweet reminiscence and its meant to come off as a mixed emotion of sort; as from “tera woh pyaar “- which literally paints a picture of lover recalling those days of being loved like that.. ‘happy to have experienced it, yet sad that its long gone’

@sanju15able Yes bro agreed. I just hate those people who say that whole song is autotuned. She doesn't know how to sing and all. By adding eco, reverb, etc. The song gets so much better . Anyway you are right .🤞
