Instead of hitting walmart first thing this time, we just went straight into the waves at the beautiful Solmar resort in Cabo San Lucas.

This comment is like 2 years old but i recommend to go to fort lauderdale, it has amazing beaches and the waves can sometimes go 8 foot and there are some amazing fishies over there.

I've been slammed onto sand by bigger shore break then this at Kua Bay on the Big Island! It was my first time in serious shore break since I moved out here and I was boogy boarding when the waves started pushing closer and closer to the shore, but they were massive and I couldn't say no. After a 10ft + drop onto nearly dry sand and having the breath knocked clean out of me while getting trashed around by the wave I quickly retreated to lick my wounds and call it a lesson learned. I grew up on the gulf coast of Florida and visited beaches from Myrtle in SC to Cocoa Beach regularly but the waves out here can be real monsters compared to anything I experienced on that side! One time in Waipio the waves were so big I couldn't get past the break to even try to ride a wave! After over a half hour of fighting to get out to the waves I gave up and was nearly exhausted trying to get back to shore. Swells peaking 20-25ft, maybe bigger. Hawaii is such an amazing place! 18 months and I'm still finding out new things at spots that I'm frequently at.

I'm just a kid and I was at a beach just vibin' and then a giant wave like 2 times bigger then me comes and slams me and a start feeling pain in my knees because when I got slammed I flew like 5 meters far and hit my knees on some stones and started bleeding. And before that I got slammed By another huge wave and I got knocked over and it felt like I was drowning in water when it hit me... truly something that shook me. And Another One That's was around the same height as the other one hit me but I got slammed in the face and Got slammed onto the floor if there was a few sharp stones where I fell I would've been gone
