Just played Day 1 of Gofest in Asia. Here's a tip, if you are playing with friends, get into a party. Completing tasks in a party, gets you an extra encounter with the costume pikachu. Was able to get a good IV shiny Pikachu with the crown from doing party tasks

3:46 yes, if you could get enough energy you could fuse necrozma with a pidgey. This would probably be the best flying and normal type in the game beating mega rayquaza by a landslide.
It makes the ultra beasts almost guaranteed. I’ve been using normal pinaps on mine and have been catching them within 1-3 balls. Definitely recommended holding your silvers.
I caught ALL OF THE NECROZMAS AND ULTRA BEASTS I'VE ENCOUNTERED IN GLOBAL GO FEST. Beast Ball and golden razz, GG. I also have Shiny Necrozma. But yah. With beast balls none of them run. It's so powerful it's bullshit

If you fuse a Lucky Necrozma with a non Lucky Solgaleo or Lunala and max the CP, will they both have max CP when I unfuse them? If so, this might be a way to up them cheaper if you have enough energy.

Regular necrozma is day 1 along with all other ultra beasts. On day 2 you can raid only dusk mane and dawn wings necrozma, after completing the raid you will get either solar or lunar fusion energy (around 90-150) and an encounter with a regular necrozma. To actually fuse the necrozma you will need a solgaleo or lunala and necrozma then the 1000 energy and then you may fuse
It's gonna be a great Go Fest! I started raiding remotely last night. Did about 10 Necrozma raids. Already got a Hundo with the weather boost, one shiny and one 98%! I never have raid luck! I'm so stoked. No catch cards but...whatever.
There are exclusive move evolutions this go fest, I caught a shundo gible and got his com day move, I also evolve a hundo deino I had and got brutal swing, I don’t know if there were other CD move evolutions.
7k eggs only worth it if friend who sent gift from far away, if nothing else, you get a distance trade then. That being said, i did hatch a shiny ducklett today from Norway (im In usa). Im not going hard on eggs.
Some of these really hurt my brain, how do people that paid zero attention have the confidence to be making bold claims like ZERO Cosmog. It's literally right there and surprise you get a free Solgaleo or Lunala to include the other free Cosmog we already got.
I got 37 shinies playing from 11-5 on the saturday so i think the shiny odds are higher than 128 with the ticket. Probably more like 1 in 64. I think raids were boosted as well.
wow if the rate is 1/128 my luck was so incredible on day 1 i got so many shinies i missed the comm days for. day 1 i got 21 shinies. and even got a shundo dratini from a mirror shiny dratini lucky trade, and I definitely wasnt super efficient or fast catching just played the full 8 hours

I heard if you had background in solgaleo/lunala and fused it with a necrozma with a background you would get a unique background that cycles through both. No?
On pokemon go's website it says you'll get a 3rd different catch card for fuzing a catch card solgaleo/lunala with necrozma with a catch card. Did they just jot word it right?? I can see the three catch card of them separately, but I haven't seen a double catch card fusion. So idk.

I think “Beast Balls” give high catch rates. Was silver pineapping Kartanas & catching them w the first ball :D

Blacephalon and Stakataka were in 5-star raids all day Saturday (Day 1) in Thailand.
Day 2 was only better, for me, in that the solar and lunar energy was available. Hatches, catches, shinies, all were better on day 1. Digging the videos.

You can trade necrozma, you cant trade them when they are fused because lunala/sogaleo is still its own pokemon when its fused,its just greyed out
