    This is equal or higher quality than anything Nintendo has put out in a bit. Very nice. I'd buy the hell out of this.

    fun fact: the first course of this game could all be able to run with nearly if not exactly 60 fps on n64 hardware...

      Can confirm. Just finished the demo on my N64 with the uncapped framerate option. Hits 60 FPS often enough, but the overall high framerate feels great on my CRT regardless. Great in motion and image pops!

    This might be a stupid question but does anyone know how that fadeout effect over the mountains is done? Does it come from some kind of global Illumination? Been wondering about it ever since I played Banjo-Kazooie.

      In banjo-kazooie it's a fade to transparency so the skybox shows through. In this level the skybox is solid blue so the hills are just fading to solid blue. In both cases this effect is done with vertex painting
