Good day sir. Enjoy your videos. Very instructional. My question is what connectors you have on your catch can? Looks very easy to remove or did you loosen them for the video? Thanks.
Hey Brotha, I really appreciate your content! I just got a 2022 Explorer ST. My wife has a 2020, and it's crazy how many small, but important differences there are under the hood when you're trying to do upgrades and whatnot.
Did you need to reroute the driver’s side hose from the “T” to the hockey puck on the valve cover. I have a 2022 just like the one on your video, and cannot get it to attach to the “T” from the stock routing, for love nor money.
Yes. But the stock hard hose will work from the drivers side valve cover separator to the T, but it’s a tight stretch because the factory hose is hard plastic. I eventually used a short section of 5/8 hose I had from another UPR kit I had in the past and made a hose to replace the factory hard line there using the ends from the factory hose I had.
Unless those are for some reason different than clips on my ford, but look the exact same. If you push the entire connector down first then try to slide the orange tab it comes right off. I am not getting the clean side layout, that doesn't look appropriate for those systems. I'd honestly not want the clean side if that's how they laid it out. 🤷
If that’s how yours work, then these are definitely different. And the layout of the clean side is much better than having to drill into the intake tube and it works very well while being totally reversible, if you wanna take it off because you sold the vehicle. But it’s your vehicle, so do what you want do with it EP.
If it does at your dealership, you need to find another dealership. Some dealerships say a K&N air filter will affect your factory warranty but their dumbasses.
Been a while ... i had to scroll back to the 2018 Scat video! UPR #1!
@@Giovanni-zc1lv that’s a lot of scrolling. lol
Great Video!
UPR is AWESOME! Steve hooked me up, great people there, can't say enough good things about them!

@@RonnieRukusTV thanks man!
@@KnightsGarage I just ordered my UPR catch can today from Lethal Performance. I also order the RTD3 and 93 DMS tune from ZFG. It's about to get real!
@@RonnieRukusTV I wish I would have gotten around to a tune from ZFG before I sold my Explorer.
Hi bro, I'm wondering if this is also compatible with the 2.3 ecoboost?
@@noone5014 I don’t think so. I’d check the website to see if there is a specific kit for the 2.3 and if not reach out to UPR.
Great video sir
Thanks!

It’s called a justification sir. Lol

Definitely recommend removing the strut brace to give better access to everything….those factory orange clips are horrible….

does this affect the factory warranty
