The best of all Star Trek Movies. Great actors, great writers, and superb performances. DeForest Kelly and James Doohan both bravely served in WWII.

In 1982 , after seeing TMP in 1979. I was looking forward to ST 2. I read that. Khan from " space seed " episode was the villain of the movie. So a.friend of mine and.I saw The wrath of khan, not once but at least 5 times !!!. Fantastic story , Speacial effects, sad to see.Enterprise take a beating. but in the end , a.great movie. They are as follows:
    William Shatner as Admiral Kirk.
Leonard Nimoy as Captain Spock. *
DeForrest Kelley as Dr "Bones" McCoy. *
James Doohan as Chief Engineer "Scotty". *
    Walter Koening as Pavel Chevok.
    George Takei as Hikaru Sulu.
    Nichelle Nichols as Urura.
Bibi Besch as Carol Marcus. *
Merritt Butrick as David Marcus. *
Paul Winfield as Captain of the Reliant. *

I guess they didn’t have showers on the Reliant. Also would have been nice to get out of those dirty clothes.

If Kirstie had kept her political mouth shut, she would have been that funny actress. Same for Roseanne ( sorta)..down the list. Right wing woman are not admired by anybody..unlike male action stars who tend to be strongly conservative. Nobody holds it against Clint.

Star Trek the motion picture was a great big turd. Long ass movie and dragged with a dumb plot.

As a Trekkie fan, I wish I could disagree with you, but, alas I cannot. Let’s also throw in crappy uniforms that look like a bad pair of pajamas and videography that’s vertically stretched (good for “Why the long face” jokes). Fan loyalty is what saved the franchise from this disaster. They were willing to endure and wait for the next movie to come out, which was a HUGE improvement over its predecessor.
