I see you didn't have to put butcher paper between the layers of the shirt. There was no bleed to the back of the shirts. Great job. Congratulations on the future little one. Glad you decided to stock adult t-shirts. I will be buying them.

I have sublimated on a medium gray with a lighter printed color and it comes out amazing. I made my family shirts to wear on Christmas to surprise my mom who at the time was going through chemo. At the time to find shirts for everyone that had the right ratios to sublimate on was not fun, so it turned into a variety of different shirts but that was what made it unique.

Love all the colors. Cream, gray, lavender and sage for sure for the kids shirts.
Tip: Move the adult shirts up past the collar and you shouldn't need but one paper to cover the design. And a pillow for the kids shirts will cut down on the marks around the designs. My pressure with that same press is only 5 or 6 when doing sublimation.

You put me on to stahls heat press in 2019 or 1/2020 & I'm surprised that that you don't have the different size platten or a pressing pillow but I love the designs and I'm excited about your multi colors for sublimation shirts even though I don't sub yet!😊
We have the same printer you have. We make pillows and fabrics. The lines were an issue for us and the pressing pillow did not really work very well. It also became flat after only 5 uses. We found that using Silicone Heat Press Mat Pads is a much better option. The lines are inevitable, but the pads make them at least 75% less visible. I am able to remove the remainder of the line using an iron.

For sublimation if you are getting a box around your designs press with lighter pressure. Congrats again on upcoming 👶

I love all the colors you got for the adults and would love to see much the same for kids. Sage green and a grey/blue would be unisex. I find it harder to get shirts for boys.

I haven't pressed any sub shirts, but I use Magic Sizing for hoop marks.

I don't get lines around my apparel. You actually don't need the heavy pressure on textiles really. I think that was what made the difference for me!

Tearing the edges has helped me out the best. I have videos on my channel "I Dews Kustomz" where I've sublimated on multiple different color 100% polyester shirts.
