Kaldi New Wide 400 - My first true coffee roaster!!!

And here we are, at the latest chapter in my coffee journey: Roasting! I have been perplexed by the craft of roasting coffee since my first job in the industry 4 years ago! It seemed such a daunting task, but something I wanted to eventually learn how to do! A pan roast and LOTS of research later, I settled on purchasing a Kaldi New Wide 400 after flipping a bunch of stuff on ebay to afford it :) This was my very first and completely unscripted go at roasting a real batch of green beans, so please go easy on me haha. Open to any constructive comments on how and what to do to have a better roast next time.
