    I LOVE THIS!!!! I have heard about macros but never in my life have done it or had any idea where to start. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS INFO!!!

    I learned to count macros 15 years go, and I am currently counting macros. When I’m consistent with planning and grocery shopping ahead, I make progress. However, when I don’t, I make decisions that set back my progress. I learned some things from this episode - such as planning the protein for how many meals and then filling in carbs and fats around that. Thank you.

    Great teaching video on how to succeed when you are starting to count macros with a look to the future of how you will be able to choose what to eat with freedom (talking whole healthy foods) without needing to spend so much time counting macros in the future.

    This was SUPER helpful to me. I’m in the blueprint but really really struggling with counting macros. I am always over or way under. I have a hard time planning ahead and feeding 6 people. I’m working on it though and plan to use what was talked about in the podcast. Taking it slow and knowing I’m not in a sprint but a marathon! Thank you for today podcast!

    I love the podcasts! They make me think so much of the rally calls 💕 I would love it if you could discuss why listing before cardio is so important. I’ve been trying to read up on it, but the articles are so confusing. One said to eat 8-12 grand per kg in body weight! That can’t be right, can it? I’m doing much better each time I start over because I learn more and more! Thank you Nikkiey!!

    I intuitively started prepping macros the night before. I haven’t found it that difficult.

    be very careful of serving size of dense foods. Cheese, peanut butter, nuts, avocado. You can and should eat them but It is easy to overeat. Other than that, too intense, please don't weigh cottage cheese. That being said if your stomach and brain have no connection you may need this level of control. I refuse to eat a huge portion of protein when I am not hungry. Apparently, I don't want it that much. She has a great physique, no question.
