Sending a one-time view photo on Instagram is a feature that allows you to send photos or videos that can only be viewed once by the recipient.
Once the recipient opens and views the photo or video, it disappears from the chat and cannot be viewed again. This feature is available within Instagram Direct Messages.
You can share sensitive or private information without leaving a permanent record in the chat.
🔶STEPS🔶
To send a one-time view photo on Instagram,
1. Open the Instagram app on your mobile device.
2. Tap on the message icon in the top right corner of your feed to access your Direct Messages.
3. Open the conversation you want to send the one-time view photo.
4. Tap on the camera icon at the bottom left of the message typing field.
5. Take a picture using the camera or select one from your photo gallery.
6. Select a photo or screenshot from here that you want to send.
7. You'll see three options at the bottom of the screen: Allow Replay, Keep in Chat, and View Once.
8. Tap on these until "View Once" appears.
9. Lastly, tap the send button.
You have successfully sent a one-time view picture. Now, let's see how it looks in the receiver's chat conversation.
The receiver receives a notification and views the photo on the conversation screen. Once they view it, it disappears from the chat conversation.
