Hey there SSgt, I gotta tell ya that I am beyond impressed with the amount of knowledge that you possess, I mean, you are on a level that is rarely seen, and the fact that you put so much effort into sharing what you know, and taking the time to teach it to others speaks volumes about your character. Keep up the great work Brother, and keep fighting the good fight! God Bless You my friend. -Northeast Patriot
Ellie is to cute for words. many moons ago I bought a shacket new, I still have it and sheath. That and any length stick for 8 to 40 inches and I'm set. Great video.
Watched your vid and was inspired to make one!!! Went to lowes bought a lawn edger blade already has hole in center drilled two holes parallel half inch from end on one side then added sharp edge on other end cost me $2.50 could add a round stud for hole made out of short piece of all thread. Thanks for the inspiration I also enjoy your leather working videos
That is MUCH better than the Klax. Crkt makes great stuff! I make fanny pack size kits for under the car seat. That would be a great addition. Could use it like an ulu knife also. BA is bringing it back to 1977 with that classic denim jacket! Holy Lee Majors Six Million Dollar Man dude!
Got your very first and personal "student" and she is willing to help!!! Ellie is on the ball here! Nice little tomahawk/hatchet. But a handle that big deserves a slightly larger cutting surface. Awesome video SSgt, B.A. !
The wedges are optional but the round pin looks important because without it it would be difficult to prevent the head from moving backwards when you strike something. Oh yeah 1st😁
Ive seen these before but never thought they would amount to anything. I understand it probably wouldnt be best to constantly use it but still as a back up tool it seems to hold up... Take care B.A.
You' got a beatyful little daughter, there... Whitin some years, You've got to protect Her, from the Bad Guys! Good luck! I've got two dautghers, My selv. The best way, to protect a daughter, is whith the Remington 1100... Loaded with whole black peppers, and Sea-salt. Good luck, My friend!
It’s a Joke. I’m a Vet, My selves. Serving inside Bosnia, and Lebanon, as a UN-Soldier. With a Blue Beret. Never the Green One. I WISH, that I had. It’s such so work to be done, with the Blue Beret on. Sir, I know, You’ll be understanding. My English, is pretty bad. I’m a Norwegian. English, isn’t My First Language. Here is a trick I used to help me stay in frame... get your camera setup... then put a tape box on the table as a reminder of the focal area.

I wish they made it with all metal wedges! I’m not a fan of the plastic ones
You got some focus with you baby girl working at the other of the axe handle
When you threw the hatchet head into the log did you get it on the first try? Or did you have to start the video over until you got it to stick?
You did it twice!
