Morning Dan ,if Welters can't get the packing for your cylinder, I can match them up if we have inside, outside diameter and height of the packing. You got lucky the gland is usually rusted solid and you break off the hook on the wrap in wire. I'm new to the moline world, bought a G707 last year and love it.

Digital Calipers not a micrometer is what you were using for the measurements , I prefer the dial calipers due to no battery necessary more accuracy due to less chance of deviation from weak battery , needed inside micrometer for that tube. All the seals where definitely flat, probably hard , great job on more tractor resurrection 👍
