I like my simple C Line/3sp/Mid Handlebar with front bag. I know Brompton will no longer make a 3 speed, and I'm very sad about that😞 I like the sealed gears.
Me too I move had both 3 speeds and 6 and love the 3 so much, it’s so more much fun to ride, with 12% gearing it’s perfect for me. But hopefully they’ll still do the A line. I’ve just got rid of my 6 speed as I much prefer the 3 speed A line.
@@meera6024 Can I ask, is there really that much of difference between the 6 speed which you got rid of and the 3 speed version you now have..? Weight..? Size..? Gearing ratio..? Thanks.
@@meera6024 I wonder if you can turn a 6speed into a 3 speed and get rid of the exterior gears? If so, then whenever I buy another one that's what I'll do. I hate 6 speeds. Also, I like to change gears when I'm not peddling.
@@GlobalAdventurer I really don't like the 6 speed either, I've tried to get along with it but it just takes the fun out of cycling for me. You can change it down but the 6 speed has a wider ratio internal hub then the 3 hub so the steps between each gear would be very wide. Best to just sell the 6 speed and get a 3 speed instead. They should still be making the A line entry model and then you can upgrade parts. The A Line or B75 suits me better than the standard C line 3 gear as the gearing is -12% and it's a much cheaper model!
@@richmck007 I notice it’s lighter but I think it’s also more a question of the right gear ratios for your style of riding. I don’t really like using gears 1 and 6 on the 6 speed. But the reduced gearing of -12% on the 3 speed eg on a B75 or A line is perfect for me, as I can tackle moderate hills in 1 and go fast enough in 3. I also much prefer the internal hub and being able to switch gears when stationary.
@@bromptonbicycle thanks! Still unclear as to how to choose the right handlebar for someone as short as me with short limbs. Is the S the best choice because it’s the lowest? I have read it’s also got the furthest reach so how would that work for me being so small? It seems the lower the seat post the closer you are to the handlebars, is this an indication the S is a good fit for me? I don’t want the sportyness of the S, just the lowness of it. I would much rather be sitting on it like the M for normal riders. Please help 😊😊😊
@@taniacruz5080 I'm 5'4 and the M is just right for me. I am leaning forward a bit, so I would've even been able to be comfortable on the H. I'm sure the S and the M should work fine for you. I suggest to try and find a dealer near you, so that you can try them out and see which you can sit on most comfortably
Considering the weight to price ratio of Bromptons they were considered 3rd tier brand for folding bikes where I am. Looks to see that still goes forward from a decade ago to now. 25lbs for a folder is really a joke in 2022 especially at more then 2k a pop.

Would you ever consider doing the P-bars again? Love them so much
It doesn't seem totally out of the question :) And we're glad you love them!

What rollers are you guys using?
Beautiful!
👍
Simply irresistable
T doesn’t have high handlebar option?
Why did you stop the three speed?
We still offer the three speed!
May I know the rider's maximum weight for the Brompton C Line? I am at 120kg.
110 kg
Should've talked about gears. Isn't there a new 12 gear spped now?
Sckeptical about ordering mine in the dead of winter with all the salt on the roads, any suggestions?
regular cleaning and servicing should mean that you have no issues riding all year long 👍
Beautiful

So it's ok to force the buyer to pay 500 more to get a different colour than white?...
Tesla does it

Whats the deal with bromptons? Theyre the gayest looking mode of transport ive ever seen.
1. Why is that? 2. Why is gay an insult for you?
@@Fr4gg4h1.because they look like something a clown would ride.
2. Because gay (as an insult) describes something limp wristed and girly.
The average gay person is really built and good-looking so I assume this was meant as a compliment ^-^
