My chiropractor adjusts my sinuses and I was just wowed by all the drainage that started as soon as she got it back in place. So helped with all my allergy drainage and congestion!
Dr. Brenda is truly gifted. The way she works on each client You can tell how each are so relaxed and comfortable. Much success & keep those smiles & laughter coming😊🤣😂😃😀
Dr Brenda I wish you were in Australia, I would love to get an adjustment and scrape by you! Have you treated many patients with Fibromyalgia? I found your videos a couple weeks ago and decided to scrape my shoulder with a gua sha as I've been have lots of issues and it instantly relieved the pain, I was shocked as its given me so much grief and just by doing a quick 5 minute scrape it felt so much better! Thank you for your amazing videos (hopefully you'll be able to come to Australia one day!)
Some people with fibro can’t tolerate the acupuncture, but I find a combination of acupuncture, gua sha, and cupping is super helpful for relieving trigger point pain. The experience is very relaxing too.
What a cutie of a client. Love her smile 😀. Doc I fell on the stars and my Chiro said I threw my Thoracic Ribs out. I knew exactly what she would do by watching your videos. You are such a healer and teacher. Gracias 😊 Thank you 👏🏻
As always, just so amazing. I really enjoy/have enjoyed watching your videos, have done so for a while, and have told friends and family about your videos! You must have worked really hard, to learn your skills, and you must have an amazing feel for where your patients are suffering. Just so amazing, and very admirable, how you help others! Thank you for sharing your videos. Stay safe and hope you and your family, have a wonderful Christmas. From all of us here in Sweden & UK God Bless!
After having to self isolate for three week, I’m so pumped to see my chiro this week. This has definitely increased that excitement! Chiro, when done right, is magical. People laugh at me because of how excited I am when its my chiro day.
These videos are the most relaxing thing on the internet but your intros are what I’m here for and simply just your way of being you’re so easy going! :)
I miss being that flexible. One of the challenges in getting older is maintaining flexibility, along with all the other stuff. If you stretched me like that, I would break in a few places. Good work Dr. B.
We'd get you there eventually. Getting older without maintaining flexibility just means it takes longer to get there. Not impossible. That is what Yoga was made for, for example. If you have good muscle memory from your youth, it is easier and faster.
I am not flexible anymore as well and I used to be a very flexible person in my youth. I feel so stiff like I am 60 yo and I am only 35. But I am not exercising so there's that.
Hi I have a question. What is the difference between the pink and green roller? On Amazon the green is wayyy more expensive so I was wondering what wakes them different.
I might be wrong, but from what I have heard, it is because she is breaking down scar tissue and it causes more blood flow for recovery. That is why it’s all red and bruised looking.
Omg did the channel just jumped quality wise? Looks like the lighting got improved a lot. Love the new intro btw! Where can i bought a lamp (the one with the candles) like that?
I have a plate and 5 screws in my 4th metatarsal from a tumor removal... This is my first winter mostly healed and I've been noticing the metal is making a cracking sound when I walk in the cold.. Wondering if anyone here has similar experiences? Would an adjustment help??
Do you know of practitioners that do similar work in the Denver, Co area per chance? I am completely intrigued with your work but you're super far away from me.
Can someone explain me why petechiaes (bruises) come out or not when doing gua sha ? I first thought it's because the skin is being irritated by the tool but my boyfriend told me it's taking out the liquid.... Can someone enlighten me ? Thank you 😊
If my earphones are out of battery, I set the speaker volume to one notch above mute so as not to disturb my other half. It's more of a background noise than audible conversation at that point - but those cracks are still crystal clear!
There’s a ton of oil, so there shouldn’t be any friction. I do know when I get it done, the only places I have petechiae are above muscle knots. I believe the purpose of gua sha/scraping is to break up the fascia within the muscle and improve movement.

As soon as she said to loosen up her jaw I realized how tensed up mine was 😅😂
Haha me too!
I’m going to Orlando in February and I’m SO excited to get adjusted🤩🤩🤩
How did you get ahold of her!? Haha
Welp it’s March, how did it go?🥰
Watching this is so satisfying and relaxing:). It’s like ASMR sometimes
Maintaining work and school is definitely stressful and tiring on the body. Great work Doc.
Right the stress was so bad for me I had to quit my job I couldn't do both
that face/ temple massage looked amazing lol. I always have so much pain in that area because stress and my tmj.
So relaxing before going to sleep. Thank you
I’m currently taking a Med. Terminology course and these videos sure help!!
This video is so relaxing between the cracks, scraping & stretch. Great job Doc.
i really enjoy the facial massage/jaw work!

What adjustment? Are you delusional? She wasn't doing anything fyi.
@@mrlogot Jeez I'm sure they are just talking about the bit from around 4:07!
You must be new to this side of RUclips.
It was just a face massage.
How can i find a chiro that puts in the time like you do? i would absolutely love if mine did all the things that you do, regardless of price.
So jealous. I want this done to me so bad. Looks so relaxing.
No need to talk about the Docs wonderful work, but lets not forget the great work of the lady who is filming!
I need more of that face massage stuff! God does it look great!

My favourite non-asmr asmr channel 😍
So how do we look for someone who does this where we live? I've never had a chiropractor go into this much massage and detail
That’s what I need to know? Like is this the extra special treatment lol
Anyone find out? I’m following
She does chiropractic but also did stuff with the muscles and such I'm pretty sure
I wish I could afford to come to you, you would have a great time with how messed up my back/neck and hips are!

Yoga is a miracle indeed. I started Ashtanga 2 years ago and today can do almost full first series. ✌

I came across this channel a couple months ago now, I hope I find a chiropractor just as good as you in the UK!!
Super stressed this week and last. This really helps. Almost like it’s my own chiro and I’m in their shoes. Almooossstttt... :)
Watching your videos is such relaxing....👍
I wish I had the chance to meet her and have this kind of adjustment. So professional and relaxing. Greetings from Italy.
Just got the tingles from her voice like asmr 😌
This head massages is exactly what I need. Why don't GPS recommend this?
When did you start doing reflexes?? Need to start watching more of these

I want to get this done but I’ll probably fall asleep on the table
Hi I have a question. What is the difference between the pink and green roller? On Amazon the green is wayyy more expensive so I was wondering what wakes them different.
how long are they red for after you scrap their backs?
Need someone to sponsor my trip to US just for this😆😆😆
I need four people to pull my arms and legs at the same time... 😂
Have you seen saw. A man gets torn to pieces in that way 😈😈

So all the redness is scar tissue?
Oh wow doc, congrats on all the new subscribers!!!
Is the metal thing graston I feel like I miss it every time you explain what it is
She's so beautiful
Could someone explain how does the skin bruise so fast with the scrappy thing? I don't think she is pressing so mega hard.
I might be wrong, but from what I have heard, it is because she is breaking down scar tissue and it causes more blood flow for recovery. That is why it’s all red and bruised looking.
What does the scraping do??
I miss when you explain everything, but the cracks were nice

Very interesting episode
Dr B!! Wow... ! Great, great, great vid as always!! Loved how stretchy the patient is.. like a dough 😁😁😁😁. Much love ! Xx
You would think scraping hurts but it really doesn’t!
What does that even do?
What is the purpose of scraping?
I think it stretches out the nerves🤷♀️
The great doctor 🌚💜💙
Am I the only one who watches her videos instead of Netflix to fall asleep?😂
LOVE your top Dr. Brenda.
What is this technique called?
I really need to visit you one day 🥺
It’s sounds painfully satisfying 😂
i’ve noticed that i crack my neck a lot and know i am having the worst pain in my neck when i move it.
3:24 shout out Dr. Ed. ✌️
Best dragon NA
Fantastic
What exactly is the purpose of the scraping?
From what I understand it is to help blood flow in the region (not sure why or how though, I am not a chiropractor or doctor).
I just left my chiropractor and I introduced him to your channel.
uh oh....😬😬....I'm sure he loved that! 😂
@@MondragonChiropractic I told him I love listening to the cracking. My neck is kicking my booty right now
Out of morbid curiosity, what oil do you use? Or do you change oil depending upon the client’s needs and/or allergies?
I believe it's Blue Tansy oil
She said in previous videos that she uses baby oil since most of her clients don’t have allergic reactions to them.
Do you know of practitioners that do similar work in the Denver, Co area per chance? I am completely intrigued with your work but you're super far away from me.

Is it normal that I cant crack my fingers and toes? It's been ages since I could crack them myself and if I try it hurts a lot.
i used to be like that, you just have to keep trying everyday, then soon enough u will be able too.
What is the skin scraping called? I want to see if I can find someone in my area that does all this.
Gua sha
@@rheak8025 thank you!
@@audreyharmon6274 you are welcome!
I’m newer to this channel, what does the back scrapper do?
It promotes blood circulation and healing in the body. As well as to break down scar tissue and promote movement.
This patient is cute & crunchy. Awesome patient. 😁😎🤙🏽
Oh Jesus, I think I felt these pops and clicks through my phone 😂 feels good tho 😊

Isn't she just giving them friction burn, not necessarily "getting knots out" ?
There’s a ton of oil, so there shouldn’t be any friction. I do know when I get it done, the only places I have petechiae are above muscle knots. I believe the purpose of gua sha/scraping is to break up the fascia within the muscle and improve movement.

Was hoping to see the elusive Mondinger
This client is just too cute!
Is this a certain type of chiropractic?
I believe it's to help break up old tissue. Physical therapists do something similar to break up scar tissue and buildup around joints.
Can someone tell me what kinda work is this callwd and can i find one in AZ? Lol
I mean, i don't know the formal name for the messages and cracks, but the woman doing them is a chiropractor.
