WH FLEX - Flexible automation system by DMG MORI

WH Flex is a flexible automation system based on a kit of various modular components. It allows workpiece and pallet handling and can operate up to 9 machines synchronously.
The modular kit consists of storage systems, set up stations, various gripper modules, optional peripherals alignment and additional features. The automation allows easy handling due to an intuitive user interface.
As for further advantages the digital twin allows the set-up time to be reduced up to 80%, 100% process simulation of the fully automated plant before installation, and the programming of new production parts or system extensions during the machine’s operating process.
WH Flex allows customized automation starting from a basic configuration up to limitless possibilities.
