There are no useful videos on RUclips about the Primavera/Sprint 150 3-valve engine when it comes to a complete overhaul. I therefore had high hopes that Robot would finally close this gap with this series about the Primavera 3V engine in his usual and sympathetic manner as he did previously with the GTS and P200E. The first episode was great, very comprehensive and informative and I was eagerly awaiting episode two, which unfortunately has been never released. The disassembly of the engine housing and the inspection of the individual parts are not shown and this video deals directly with the assembly. I think that's a shame, this series could have become the standart for DIY engine overhauls on the Piaggio 3V engine. Robot, if you still have this footage saved somewhere, please make a YT video out of it for us.
Robot nice video, one thing i really like to know. After cleaning everything, could you please let us know how to grease areas that need grease and what type of it.Also will you do iget euro 5 engine gts 125?

The engine is so simple. I only know the 2 stroke ones, but now I'm tempted to get a beater 4 stroke.

Why not just put a new timing chain in while you have access?
