Actually can I use lion tans pound of love (because Thier is a lot of yarn in a ball and I have a lot of gray left over ) or can we also use I love this yarn from hobby lobby both are weight 4 yarn
I ordered my yarn from Lion brand after your last video. It was supposed to come yesterday by 6 0clock but now it has been changed to the 16th of October. No reason was given for the delay and I am fuming. Take care everyone and stay safe happy crocheting.😘😊🤗
How many balls of yarn did you use? I want to make this blanket in blues for my coworker and don’t want to take multiple trips to the store! Thank you in advance!
I should probably be able to tell this but I'm not that good yet. I'm making this for my 6ft tall husband lmao. Will it equal out in #4 yarn? Should I add more panels now or would it be a later spot I would add to? I'm not trying to make it 6ft but I'd like it to not be baby sized for him either lmao
Hi Nikki! If you're using #4 yarn and following this pattern, it will turn out smaller than the original 45" x 55". Head over to this post and scroll down until you see the question about using medium weight yarn instead. I talk about how you can resize it here. www.sigonimacaroni.com/gingham-blanket-crochet-along/
Color A is your main color. For me it’s Shade (gray). Color B is Coal (black) and Color C is Birch (white). If you download the PDF within the main post, it includes the color alternatives and I labeled each color with a letter. If you didn’t use any of the alternatives I suggested, there’s a blank schematic that you can use to choose your own colors and label them that way. I’m sorry for the confusion! Here’s the link to the main post: www.sigonimacaroni.com/gingham-blanket-crochet-along/ You can find the download under the FAQs

I do! You can find the pattern free on the blog (but 4 separate posts because it was originally hosted as a crochet along) here: www.sigonimacaroni.com/gingham-blanket-crochet-along/ Or you can purchase the premium pattern which has everything, plus instructions on resizing or using a different weight yarn. www.etsy.com/listing/883383595/cheaters-gingham-blanket-crochet-pattern
In this video I show you how to make a panel using Birch and Shade. Each panel measures 5 inches by 55 inches. You will make 4 of these and in the end we'll be sewing them together to form the blanket.
Hi everyone! I’m so excited that the Cal has officially started. What colors did you choose for your blanket?? 💕
red and blue :)

Yes! The gingham stitch can be super frustrating, I totally understand. But I hope once you start this that you love the way it turns out!

I wish I had found your CAL earlier. 🙂
That’s okay! You can still make it any time 😊 the good thing about missing it while it was going on is that all parts are already released!

I’m puzzled - which color thread is Color A, B & C? Thanks.
