I don't comment often, but I just need to say this: I received so much value from this video. Your organization is not only inspiring, it's intelligent and informative. So many great hacks and "out of the box" ideas. Thanks for putting the time in to make this!
I am getting rid of my closet in my craft room, It is not a bedroom because where it is located. I was a office for the original owner, he was a house builder and designer. You have given me a lot to work with on getting my organizing. Thank You, Awesome room.
I don’t know how many times I have came back to see your video! 😀😆 your space is so inspiring. I am a very visual person and I need to be able to have separate stations like that.
Really enjoyed listening how your organising, is intentional and focused zoned areas. This is such an awesome crafting space. Smiles from down under 💐😀👍🇳🇿
Wow! I mean wow!! My two kids graduated from college and both moved out recently and I have two good sized empty rooms - both have closets with California closet designs - lots of shelves. I am going to make the corner room my craft room. I have an IKEA a few cities over and plan on doing my measurements and taking a drive. You gave me lots of ideas for the different crafting stations I want to make. I am a new subscriber, and plan on watching your other videos to get more ideas. Thank you so much for planning and executing this video!
Hi. I want to echo EVERYTHING nycterra commented. Even though it's not all my aesthetic, I learned much. Thank you and I'm subscribed! Btw, love your handwriting and printing.
Thank you for sharing. I learned so much as I to have many different crafting skills. Now I know how I would and can section and group the different skills. I love it! Thanks!
LAUREN!!! I know that I’ve left a comment here already, probably a couple years ago! And I am back again, watching your video because it is that awesome!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I just moved five weeks ago, and I am using the master bedroom as my craft room (I have a really bad neck and back so I sleep in my recliner in the living room.) I wasn’t quite sure how I was going to re-organize and do my craft room over again after having it settled for seven years!!?? So I watched your video again to get all the best ideas! I just can’t thank you enough! Someday I’m going to get back into scrapbooking, and when I do, I will be binge watching all of your scrapbooking videos! Thank you so much again, I can only imagine how much time you put into your craft room to get it this organized! It’s a lot of work!! Trust me, I appreciate everything you’ve done! I hope things are going wonderful for you and your family! Lots of love, Liz 😊💗👍🏼🎉
That's so neat, organized, pretty, and just what I need for my self. I have a small apartment with not enough of room to have all of these things and I love colors.
This is one of the most educational and inspiring craft room tour videos that I have ever seen. You are a master crafter and teacher. I just have to say thank you so much. I have learned so much from this one video about organizing. I was actually taking notes like I was back in college!😁.
Thanks for sharing your craft room. I’ve spent too much time thinking about how to turn my craft hoard room into a useable, organized and beautiful space to create. I, too, am a multi craft lover so I was able to gather many ideas from your tour. Some even using furniture and containers I’ve collected over the years. I’m now excited to get started on my own creative space!
At 41:55 and you are showing use your colored alpha stickers and I look over at my desk and see mine all over the place. Nice place for a break while I sort into color order. I can say I’m going to watch all your video again tomorrow. I am so impressed and getting so many ideas. TFS.
Wow! You are the craft organization queen! What you have here is marvelous. I consider myself to be organized, but I can’t even imagine how you did all of this. Excellent job on your craft room and the quality of your video. Thank you for sharing your skill.
3 words: Craft Room Envy!!! I **love** the idea of the acrylic frames used as trays! I would have never thought of something like that! My biggest issue is that I really WANT to be so neatly organized, but I can never find the right size boxes, bins, cubes, trays, etc to make everything look "neat". Every once in awhile I'll find the right size box/bin/drawer but there will only be one or two of them, So my craftroom looks like an eclectic nutcase lives there because none of my containers are the same. It drives me nuts!
Amy I TOTALLY get it! I have often wondered why the michaels cubes did not have storage containers made to fit!!! How awesome would that be! Containers do make a difference 😁😉 keep going! You will get there🙌🏻
I also have my craft space in my basement. About the same size as your space. I do have, however, a staircase that takes up three feet of one wall. I love to see what you did to arrange your area. Thank you.
I appreciate you showing us your method of organizing your craft supplies. You have done a great job of using every inch of space! I did have several "aha" moments during this video. I am going to be moving to a new house in a few months with a large craft room, and I can't wait to reorganize all of my stuff to give it the room it deserves. I have watched all of your videos over the past few days and can say that you are very good at making crafting and organizing videos! You are head and shoulders above most others on RUclips. Keep them coming! I look forward to how to print photos and what you do with your planner. I would also like to see what kind of cards you make. Take care!
Jeanne Schmidt ❤️❤️❤️Jeanne thank you for your sweet sweet comment -wow, I am so blessed to have you in my community 😉 How exciting to have a brand new craft room! What a dream, get a notebook and start collecting all your ideas...reality is on the way!
This is crafting room is nicely sized and organized. Someone would be justified in dedicating a whole room to crafting if it’s their full time job or are retired. I craft as a hobby and currently have 9 crafting cubes from Micheals on one wall of my nice sunny home office. TFS!
I agree with you as far as the impossible amount of money it must’ve taken to put together this room, but why do you assume it was a husband bankrolling the process?
I love your space and all of your organizational ideas. As a fellow crafter, I know that collecting both your craft items and your organizational ideas happens over many years. You also discover new crafts and organizational items over time. I love when crafters share their craft rooms and ideas. No matter the size of your space, there are wonderful ideas to be gained for everyone! I’m at a reorganizing phase (again!), so I’m going to adopt many of your ideas. I used to be a CM consultant for many years, but discovered card making, and now have many more products! So, I’m working on changing things to accommodate that and other crafts. Your videos are so helpful! Thanks! 🤗
Debbie Alderson ❤️Debbie, thank you so much for tour comment! It can be tricky finding ways of organizing so many different craft items, and it does seem to evolve over time, and finding just that right idea! so glad this could help!
Wow, you have such an INCREDIBLE craft room and I have to add that your organization is most definitely 'top notch'! Thank you so much for sharing some excellent ideas that I can use for my own 'happy place'! Really appreciate this, Lauren!!!
Come on. This is like a craft shop. Amazing. You did a great Job dear. Your daughters are so creative too. Shoutout to them. You are so talented like mom. Wow.
I finally took time to review your craft studio and was very impressed. You truly are an all around creative artist. I love all your storage ideas and furniture. I myself still have a few Iris plastic carts, however, everything else I have is from IKEA. I have a small bedroom as my craft room. I love your comment about your wooden stamps as I still treasure mine as I’ve been a card maker since 1991. Well I just had to tell you how much I enjoyed your tour and you are an inspiration. Thank you.
@@CraftSomeJoy I am online now at Amazon, looking for those acrylic box frames and nothing is coming up ! Can you help me out please? New subbie, LOVE this room ! I also have a ton of cubes, however mine are only stacked two high....thinking I might need a re-do :) Thank you for the time it took to show us this fantastic space :)
Oooh thanks again for sharing. Got some more ideas for my future craft room. Glad you showed the Ashland roller carts for the storage boxes. I have been considering one for keeping my pre-scrap sorting bins, but hadn’t seen anyone talk about them. They seem sturdy enough to support a few loaded boxes. Love your ideas and tips. Thanks so much.
That is absolutely awesome. I'm a model maker, and I think craft makers and model makers share a lot of the same tools and materials. I just wish my workshop (or work-cupboard) looked even half as organised as yours! A place for everything, and everything in its place. This is inspiring, thanks so much for sharing and happy making!
This has got to be the most well-thought-out and organized craft space that I've seen! Thank you, so very much, for taking the time to make this video! It is truly inspiring!!!
*Very Nice Crafting Space. By watching several Craftroom tours I see I waste a lot of space. I need to do a whole re-do. Thank you for a Great share. 😁😁😁* Sharon in SC
This video brought me joy...all the micro-organization, the labeling, a place for everything and everything in its place. Oh I just love it! What a wonderful craftspace you have. 💜 Makes me want to organize! Just bought some of those 12x12 paper pockets that you left a link to... 😆
Wow your craft room is so beautiful and very well organized. I love all the different containers you have used and the cubby wall is awesome. Thank you for sharing your room.
Wow!! Man you have lots of neat stuff and very organized! One of these days mine will be as organized as yours. Thanks for the tour it was very enjoyable 😁.
Thank you for taking the time to show and explain the way you stored each individual item. Storing rubber stamps in clear acrylic picture frames is ingenious. I still prefer and continue to buy the old-style, wood-mounted rubber stamps but need to get creative where storing my growing collection is concerned. There were so many good ideas in this video I'll be back to watch again and again. Thanks again! ~ Lisa *edited to remove typos
Wowsa this is so inspiring. Sadly I don't have much space since downsizing several years back but what I do have I am always looking to make fit my current needs and supplies so watching this has given me some ideas for sure...thx!
You have a large room dedicated to your hobby. I envy you. The housing price of my city is too expensive for a large room for working. Rooms in town houses and apartments are too mini for workshops. My room is just 100 sq feet, and I have to put my bed inside it! I hate having to pay expensive houses to have enough space for my dream. I start to consider leaving out of cities.
Yours is the most beautiful and organized craft room I ever had the pleasure of seeing! You are the Master of Craft Room Organization! So happy I found you. I am a new subscriber, and can't wait to see your other videos. Thank you!
Wow this is one of the nicest craftrooms I have ever seen...it's organized and well loved! I love the way you think, I would be 100% comfy in there ...thanks for sharing with us....happy crafting.
I don't have any living room closet not hallway closet, so, I have lots of containers of all sizes in the hallway and my room. I have to put things on the shelves in my closet. I want to get organizers like you have, but, I don't have enough of room in my small apartment.
This room is beyond awesome! Love all the organization and the prettiness of the entire room! I would LIVE in this room, like full time! LOL Great job and thanks for the tour!
Wow... just wow... your organizational skills blow me away. I love how detailed this tour was. I also like that it’s all done with things you can get at Michael’s and Ikea. I appreciate that everything is in drawers but labeled and the color that is displayed is arranged in a way that it’s not chaotic for the eyes. I like a very clean simple craft room design. Yours is one of the best I’ve seen. My only issue would be fabric and sewing supply storage... but I’d figure it out. You’ve really inspired me! Thanks!
My gosh! LOVE that wall of cubbies! I also love that you found some on the side of the road! I'm all about repurposing. Also noticed that they all line up perfectly with other :). It looks amazing!
Thanks so much for taking the time to show us your fabulous craft room, I loved it! You have given me plenty to consider for my redo. Your organization skills are top notch, and will probably do the punches like you have, I have way too many of those..I also have put my stamps in the acrylic photo frames, love that idea, which I did see someone do years ago. I do have a wall of cubbies, but not all the way up the wall only half way. I have way too much stuff, I am so afraid the 2nd floor will cave in with all the paper and dies that I have..I will be referring to your video often for advice..thank you so much for doing this, and a thumbs up to your hubby for filming creds..well done..
Cynthia Ryder ❤️💁🏻♀️Thank you again, Cynthia for your support and sweet comments! It’s exciting to get to re-do a craft space and you can make it fantastic! Thanks for the 👍🏻 for the hubby- he stuck with me the whole time, and kept that camera steady! 🙌🏻 a labor of love because it took us some time to go through my entire craft room!

My gosh! LOVE that wall of cubbies! I also love that you found some on the side of the road! I'm all about repurposing. Also noticed that they all line up perfectly with other :). It looks amazing!
Awww thank you! Yes love that wall❤️❤️❤️
Love, love, love your craft room and your organization style. TFS
❤️Love love love that you love! 💕thank you!!
Loved this tour of your craft room. It is very diverse, you must be very talented. Got some great ideas from this video. Thanks.
Thank you Janine! I do love to have my hands in a lot of cookie jars 😍
This is a very organized loved craft space. Thanks for showing all your ideas also.
❤️Thanks so much! I appreciate your comment Karen, it is well loved😁
Wow, you are a serious crafter. That's an amazing room.
Yes indeed! I do love my crafts, and to be organized 🙌🏻😄thanks for the comment!
Wow. Thousands of dollars of supplies!!
I soooo appreciate the need to store everything nicely in boxes! What a great room. Thanks for the tour ❤
