Just goes to show how times change; when I was a kid in the 90s, that sort of presentation would have made people say, "Wow, what's that? I know what I want for dessert!" when they saw it in a restaurant. When I finally went to culinary school as an adult, about 20 years later, if you showed that to your chef they'd say, "Okay, you need to learn how to edit."
