I make a version of this, but use powdered sour cream and Nido powder mixed, just for a bit more depth. I do also carry fresh dried herbs and mushrooms that I dehydrate myself. Never thought of trying French's onions, usually I caramelize and dehydrate my own onions for meals, so that would definitely save me a step! And yes, Worcestershire sauce is a must!!
