This is a stunning docu on a building that has a very special place in my heart and that of my family members. My father, Pierre Paquin, was a faculty member in the foreign language department. He taught at FHS for 27 years. He passed away last year. Every single day, he found a reason to mention his beloved teaching career.

Hi Corinne, He spoke of you often in class when I had him my Sophomore and Junior year. My classroom I had him in is now the hallway to the new addition. I loved having your dad those 2 years. I saw him at the Century House in 2019 for Mr. Dufour's induction. He remembered me as soon as I told him my nick name he gave me lol

Class of 2000. We were somewhat blessed to be able to experience both old and new having our tenure span the construction of the addition. Great memories from this place. I sometimes forget how beautiful that building truly was. Great presentation!!

I remember the day they raised the roof on the rotunda. The entire class went outside to watch it be raised into place. I figured I would secure my own little place in history by staying back in the classroom and watching out the opened second floor window. Then every picture you saw, there I'd be.. here comes my moment (@6:05 in the documentary) and there I am... blocked by the back of someone's head. Oh well, I tried.
    Loved the documentary. Great work.

Thank you so much for this documentary Bob!!! I graduated in 1952. The auditorium brought back he memory of my first vocal concert. I was 17 years old and I remember every seat being filled and I can "see" my parents sitting in the front row. Of course, I was thrilled to see my desk in room 7, and the gym where I played basketball.....so many memories....You and our committee did a magnificent job putting this together. I'm sharing it with hundreds of folks who will be amazed and thrilled to know what Henry Huttleston Rogers gave to our beautiful town. Bless you all!
