This song is a gift. He wasn’t supposed to have made it that long. A crowning achievement for the whole band-the album as well. The video still holds up. Visually beautiful. Looking forward to your Wembley reaction!

Yes I agree this is one of their best. I was surprised Simon from American Idol was so quick to dismiss it as a terrible song when Adam Lambert chose it as one of his performances. So sad for Simon.

My favourite Queen song. You can feel the anger and pain as they are heading to the end. This whole album was a gift as it was thought that Freddie would have died after making The Miracle album as he was so unwell. He found the strength to continue and made a Queen worthy record before he passed. The lyrics are clearly what was playing on his mind towards the end
Freddy, and only he at this time, knew he is literally dying while doing this album. He told his band mates, just as he couldn't hide it anymore. Sometimes he wasn't even able to stay for More than a couple of hours. At the last vids of him you can see him fading away.
