made this bread this week with some kale and "meat" loaf BOMB! This reminds me so much of corn bread without the guilt. The meal was real "soul food" like I've grown up eating, I just didn't feel bad after I ate it nor did I feel like I needed a nap immediately. LOL. As always, thank you, thank you, thank you!

One thing that I suggest, I cut the bread horizontally then each slice I cut in half, and it came the size of a normal sandwich, that way I could pop in the toaster.

I usually make a chickpea banana bread but wanted something with no eggs and banana.
    * I used presidents choice sparkle water I had not pierrie. It foamed up but I noticed your pierrie foamed more.
    * I did forget the oil I had beside me as I was being to cautious when folding the mixture.....Lol
It didn't rise to high but taste good and I will toast it.
I will try pierrie water next time just to see if that makes a difference.
    Any tips are appreciated

Thank you so much. Could be because I used a different pan and not glass. I have not tried doubling the recipe yet so if you did that, that could be why as well. You may have done nothing wrong at all. Sometimes it could just need a little longer in the oven.

@ Tara A I wonder about the different baking pans also. I noticed in another video that a metal pan was used instead of glass. Thank you for posting your concern, it help me! Keep doing what you're doing. We are helpers of one another.😊

If you like. We choose agave because it's on Dr. Sebi's guide.
