Missing car? Here's what happened to it (west London, Oct 2017)

While I was bored today, I noticed this out my window, so caught it on film... (and yes it's boring, before I get the obvious comments!)
Someone on my road in west London forgot to pay their permit, from the looks of it. Bad luck.
First a ticket, then another ticket, then clamped, then removed. Don't you just (not) love the council.
