17:30 if the emperor can build a dream team once, he can do it again. From what I've seen of his character he'd probably treat people like pieces on a chess board, to be sacrificed and replaced as he sees fit. As a player you don't have an attachment to your chess pieces.
Thats a good way of describing Akashi. He's the emperor -- he stands above everyone else and makes decisions according to what he feels is the best option for him. No one is able to defy him at all, no matter what their reasons may be.
