    五百克黄豆怎么也得出两斤豆腐,买美国产的黄豆蛋白高能出将近三斤豆腐,压豆腐十几分钟就可以了

      您好nese 同学,指的是干豆子。1:8做出的豆腐很浓郁。增加到1:10也未尝不可~

    一斤的黄豆至少可以做2斤的豆腐,你做的怎么只有400克呢

    Ohmygosh, Ms. Lei! I ADORE tofu!! I have no idea how I missed this video. I've made my own soy milk before, but never attempted tofu because I didn't have a mold. Thanks to your creative partner, I can make my own mold, too. I wonder if I could talk my Husband into making it for me? haha :D Only time will tell. Thank you for this awesome tutorial, Teacher Lei.

      Hello there dear chrome, my first devoted fan for life ❤️, hahaha yeah I believe you could talk him into it haha , but let him make the cover slightly smaller because later the woods will swollen up a bit. Using a steam pot is also okay if he just wanted to watch TV hahah...you have a wonderful day and see you around dear ☀️

      @@leissimplecuisine5043 - Dearest LeiLei, how is it you already know my husband so well?! haha! YES, dear, he would much rather watch classic movies on TMC (or is it AMC?) than wood work, so I will probably end up making my own tofu mold. :D Thank you so much for the additional tip as I never stopped to consider that the cover would swell. Did yours swell so much that it was hard to remove until some of the liquid evaporated? If I make tofu I'm going to want to eat it immediately (a little soy sauce and chopped scallions, it's so pure and comforting) and I would not want to wait for the cover to shrink. Many thanks to you and your 'loved one' for sharing with the rest of us.

    一斤豆子可出两斤多豆腐。你500g豆子除了400g豆腐,估计是说错了吧。
