To not wear yourself out as quickly, get a nice wide strap that goes around your back and neck and attach that to the gizmo that smallrig has for this gimbal that clamps around the top of the handle. Then you can totally let go of the gimbal and rest whenever you want ... and sometimes even shoot that way.
I shoot with a 1DX ii and I love the MOZA air 2 over the Ronin S. I’ve owned both and while the MOZA feels a little bit “cheaper” it’s performed far more superior for me than the Ronin S ever did. Right out of the box it’s far smoother without even having to mess with the smoothtrack settings, one thing about the Ronin S is that no matter how much I tweaked the smoothtrack settings it just never gelled right with my movements.
I think the gimbal is tied directly to the quality of the camera (and the gimbal user). I use the Osmo 2, and two different cell phones, and get a difference in the video quality. I want to get a gimbal like this, so your video here helps! Currently still using the Canon M3, need to upgrade.
Nice video. Really like the fact that you discussed camera ecosystem when it came to the manfrotto plate. Why would anyone buy a gimbal that doesnt have same plate as tripod, monopod etc. It make life easier if they all work in same ecosystem and can move camera from one stabilizer to the next.
Hi Jeven, very informative video. I use Nikon Z6, sigma art 35mm f1.4 n Nikon Z85mm f1.8s. I do pre wedding videos. Which gimbal should I get? Please advice
I’m really interested to get a mobile gimbal. I saw your video comparing the 6 gimbals and you said you recommended Osmo 2 and Vilta m. However i saw that one month later you uploaded about the zhiyuan smooth 4 with its new update. Would you put zhiyuan 4 after the new update in the osmo 2 and vilta m recommended when you compare the 6 gimbals, or you still go for osmo and vilta?
Hey Jeven, thanks for the helpful review and testing of the Moza Air 2. I have the original Moza Air, and like it very much, it performs well for me with my usages. Question, I'm looking for a new backpack to case my camera and drone gear together, what new model Lowe Pro Back are your using, I don't see it in our equipment kit? Thank You!
Probably this. It does everything the Ronin does better, especially when it comes to interface (the Ronin NEEDS a smartphone app which is super annoying). The mounting system is far better on the MOZA and it has standard mounting options, unlike the Ronin which needs an adapter. It also carries more weight. The only disadvantage it has is that the Ronin’s top portion can be taken off during transport.
gee what a huge piece of equipment might be just a bit too rich for my M50 ha ha but whw it can do just about anything I enjoyed seeing this even hat i wouldnt get one but its great seeing what the machines can do thanks and stay safe see ya
FYI! In case you have a underslung shakiness problem with this gimbal, here some information, after a long conversation with this company (months), the conclusion is GUDSEN sells some gimbals that work 100%, and some than don't work 100%, so if you have a faulty one, kindly reduce your motor strength or wait for firmware update, they are sorry, they know you have paid the same amount than others who have no problems with their devices, but still they won't send you a proper replacement.... the reason is unknown (most likely they don't have more "good ones") if you want a refund, no problem, just tell them, they will refund you. They know this makes no sense, and is totally unfair, but please don't leave them a bad feedback.... advice, buy it in a shop, try it first...
Moza air DOES NOT use a standard manfratto plate. I am not able to move my camera from the my moza air 2 to my manfrotto monopod it just does not fit. Moza air made a slight modification to that plate making it NOT a standard manfrotto plate. Also I am having issues with the Air 2 in which all motors are shutting off when I do a quick movements. I am about to return it before my return window expires.
Yea unfortunately their customer service is not good at all. And if you have issues with the moza air 2 you have to send it to China. There are no service centers in the U.S. Im not sure about other countries.
seeing micro-jitters. this will be unfixable with the design flaw of having the camera stabilized only on one side. I have the ronin s, crane 2, crane3, webill lab and the yall suck. the ronin M, osmo pro x5 and osmo air are much more stable as they stabilize the camera on left and right side.
to be fair, the slight sway makes it more like an old school steadicam than a complete robot stabiliser. I like it!

i think you have used warp stabilizer in some clips for more stability.

Wow very high tech. Imagine if there's also a remote control too. Ok shakey gimbal but it's still cool.
Thanks bro I'm glad it handle heavy cameras great 🙂 info
Considering? I already have the gymbal in my Amazon basics travel bag and ready for a shoot tonight. Great video mate.
Very nice smooth footages by using this gimbal.
ronin s or moza air 2...? dont say it depends.. give one answer what you think you'd prefer if you had to make a choice.
Moza Air 2

Great video! Cool gimbal!
Very useful bro
Nice review ! By the way, does the Moza Air 2 fits in your previous backpack, the Loka UL from fstop ? I own this one.
와~좋은 정보감사합니다.
저는 캐논m50 사용하는데
같이 사용하면 좋을것 같네요~^^

It’s the new Powder bag. I’m gonna do a review about it soon
@@JevenDovey Thank You!
Was this unit provided by the Moza makers?
I wonder if you had a chance to compare this to the Zhiyun Weebil? I'm between the Moza Air 2 and the Weebil Lab, I appreciate any input. Thanks!
Great review! Hoping for a feiyutech ak series review!
very cool video, thx
Cool video. Very informative.
Nicely done...
But what about the big question: Moza Air 2 or DJI Ronin S?
Don’t know. Haven’t tried the ronin yet

This one is cheaper, has more features, and is slightly lighter in weight but has a larger payload.
Nice Info bro 👊🏻
Jeven. ronin S or Moza 2 for best stable footage?
Moza 2
Very Good
Do you know which cable is used to connect the Moza Air 2 to the Nikon Z6? Can't find the answer anywhere.
Which bag you're using for this gimbal?
Lowepro Powder
Does it have a motion timelapse feature?

What gimbal do you recommend for a Canon 6d? I want to start stock footage for income.
Freefly Movi!
You are Awesome👌 Brother
nice gimbal..

Can it do infinite roll?
Yes
Your video quality is set on 360p .....?? Why...but it is cool Gimbel
Nice vedios

Hi I'm having this issue myself. Should I just get a DJI Ronin M?
@@BLKCreativeStudio you'll be so pleased with the ronin m and it's ability to fine tune everything and it's smoothness.
@@aerialphoto I have an offer of $450 for a Moza Air 2, and I don't know what to do right now (I use an A6300)
