Great review...thank you. One of the most important features that the Crane 2 does not have it the ability to recenter or level the camera while the handle is in any position. I like Moza and DJI's approach of using the trigger to recenter the gimbal. I will like to know if Nikon is going to release SDK's to these gimbal companies to make the gimbals compatible with the upcoming Nikon Z6.

Very nice! Clear & detailed. I think I'm sold. Was considering getting the Ronin-S but this fits the bill, a cheaper alternative. And it could be the killer of today's camera gimbal.

I would love to see a video that explains what the menus on this thing do. I don't know what deadband is. I don't know what all of the 0-100 adjustments do as they don't seem to actually do anything. I can't figure out how to set it up so that the gimbal keeps the lens pointing the way the gimbal is pointed. The manual is completely useless. All RUclips tutorials I've seen cover all of the same things so it's apparent that maybe nobody knows what the settings are for. This gimbal works okay but maybe if it were easier to set it up right, it might work pretty well.
I'm eager to buy/pre-order the Moza Air 2 from your given link with the discount from India...but I need to know the compatible Canon models for follow focus without external iFollow setup...I use canon 80D and planning to upgrade to EOS R in future...Do you have any update about the list of cameras for compatibility?? need your urgent help on this topic...

I loved the features and the presentation as well.
Now days when you get something like this you have to be happy with what you have because a week later something like it will come out with a little more than what you just got, you can't keep up with all this tech I got the Ronin-s and it awesome, looking at the crane 3 that's coming and this man be good with what you have.

Yes, at the end of the year almost all producers present new products but as usual, NONE OF THEM thought about the smaller camcorders. No one gimbal is fully compatible with small camcorders or handycams such as Sony FDR AX53, Sony FDR AX100 or 700, Panasonic HC-VXF1 and similar. This is ridiculous.
The screen is so small. I am very happy with my Feiyu ak4000, with a much bigger touch screen, i can operate all function on it. so easy.

Now this could just be me... but did you shoot in 25p and edit in a 24p timeline? Most of the example footage is stuttering for me

Question:
The Moza air 2 and the Ronin S, would you trust or recommend placing it in a long boom to simulate a Drone?, I would be afraid of the fact that the boom could be split, I can imagine placing a mesh on the bottom of the Gimbal mounted on the boom, what do you think? I want to climb on a portable ladder to exaggerate the height by holding the boom with my hands, moving it from left to right chasing the subject from above, but I wonder if it would not be much risk! ? Thank you!

I just can't figure out HOW TO BALANCE THE ROLL axis properly? Because If I balance it, it always comes in the way of the Gimbal's base rod (the Last Pan axis).

Great Video, I learned a lot from your video, I just received my Moza Air 2 and getting an Error 02 and unable to go beyond that error, no response from Gudsen Support, the gimbal is not functional do you know how to reset the gimbal to factory settings so I can recover I tried upgrading the firmware but no luck. Appreciate your help

We are currently using the Air. And we love it. Since we shoot with simple set ups, this is more than sufficient.

At 12:13 to 12:20 why video is jittering, it means the Gimbal movement isn’t smooth
I don't think that's jittery movement, I think that's a frame rate issue. If you look closely at most of the example footage, there is a choppiness indicative of possibly using a lower frame rate on a faster timeline, etc. Probably more pronounced because of the type of movement in the shot you mentioned.
Thats exactly what I thought and its definitely not any framerate issue as you can see the jittering movement in-camera itself..!
That usually happens if you're using IBIS dual stabilization with the lens. Disable it, and you will get a smooth movement from the gimbal.
its either the settings of speed or sensitivity.. and theres nothing to complain in pre production models... it will be fix
you must not know much about video. His frame rate was probably 60fps or 30fps then edited to 24fps. he should have shot the video in straight 30p and edited out to 30p

The Moza Air is a great gimbal and if you have a lightweight set up I recommend that one. If however you need to hold a heavier set up then maybe this one will do for you. The features of both are pretty similar.

My Moza Air 2 gimbal's shots are not stabilised, and this is second moza gimbal. The first gimbal doesn't turn on in the showroom, then the next one I bought which has a stabilisation issue! Very much upset with this gimbal, Please do consider this sir!
