I'm such a beginner in car repairs and first one in my family to own a car. When watched his steps, I didn't know that the draining nut and oil filter were below the engine. I still need something to lift car up safely. It's a lot of shopping for tools

4.2 for 1.5L, 5.3 for the 1.8L, and 5 for the 2.0L

Was that a 1.5l engine? DId you use all 5 quarts of oil? I believe it calls for around 4.2-4.5 quarts.

It's a lot thicker, I would just stick with manufacturers specifications.

Sup Ray how much quarts of oil you used..mine has 13k miles

Usually 5 quarts run it for a bit after oil change then top off accordingly sometimes the oil filter takes a bit..👍🏾

Try looking at the bolt might be a different size and use correct socket...👍🏾
