    Here's what you'll need:
    🟢 4-6 chicken thighs (bone-in with skin)
    🟢 1 onion (red, sweet, or yellow)
    🟢 Juice of 1 lemon
    🟢 2 tbsp of olive oil
    🟢 2 tbsp of tomato paste
    🟢 1 tbsp of sweet/smoked paprika
    🟢 1 tbsp of garlic powder
    🟢 ½ tbsp of oregano
    🟢 1 tsp of turmeric powder
    🟢 Salt and pepper to taste
    How to prepare:
    Preheat oven to 425°F. Wash and pat chicken thighs dry. Thinly slice onion and lay on the bottom of glass baking dish. Place chicken breast on top of onion. Set aside. In a bowl, prepare sauce: add juice of the lemon, olive oil, tomato paste, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, turmeric powder, salt and pepper. Mix well. Brush sauce over chicken, covering all sides. Reserve a little for later.
    Bake chicken at 425°F for 35 min. At 35 min, remove chicken, brush with the remaining sauce and put back in the oven for another 5 min. Let cool for 5-10 min and serve with side of veg/salad and your choice of carbs.
