I’ve got two 1st gen SV650’s I will not part with. Huge aftermarket, light weight, great handling, great braking, ultra cheap to own. It is perhaps Suzuki’s greatest light sport bike ever made.
You guys deserve your own TV channel. Although I like you on YT as you control your own content and provide the best entertainment for motorcyclists of all time!
Good video idea would be a complete detailed history of your partnership with JHS also the history JHS and James paddock life / journey maybe ? Just a thought!
what a great news Mr Fagan back on track !! Al is a really good youtuber (on the best sense), this man breathes motorcycles 🙌 and *always* generates great content. James rules 👍
Friendship and winning starts in the workshop. love LLandow circuit, my brother raced there in the 60's. Well done Al and James the SV650 should do you proud.
Watched this and finally made my mind up about getting a fork brace. For a paltry 150 quid, I've got an zx6r f3 with spindly fork legs that now handles. No more delayed transition in the chicanes. Brilliant thank you👍
Love the SV650 platform! How does Gen 3 frame, subframe and swing arms compare to early Gen SV chassis as far as stability and overall weigh? Love 44t content and personalities. The best Cheers from the U.S.
I'm building my 2000 SV650 up. So far, did the suspension swap and some other bits. Working on the chain and sprocket next. I miss racing! Your bike sounds great and that track looks fun!
Never forget Nige, to finish first, first you must finish. It's the mantra I drummed into my then wife's (driver) head when we were road rallying. Else she would go loopy when we caught another competitor. Treating a bend with a Devon hedge as Brooklands banking does not impress the navigator / car repairer. Good luck mate !
Got a stock 3rd gen SV for commuting and the occasinal weekend hoon. Great bike for the dosh! Toying with suspension upgrades but that bottom fork brace looks spot on mate. That package you have seems to have massively improved the corner entry stability. Top job.
I have a 2020 SV650 and I’d love to do a track day with it. But I can already tell, for as good as it is, needs a shock, fork tuning, exhaust, flash tune or PCV, tires, a better headlight, and a more comfortable seat. Doubt I’ll end up doing half of that but the SV650 is still a great platform out of the box. I like it more than the MT-07 but only just.
Looking at that bike really makes me wish Suzuki would bring back the SV650 in the S configuration. Drop the cafe racer X and bring back the S with a proper front fairing.
It's always good to see SV650-based Supertwins - vast majority seem to be using Kawasaki's in Supertwins/Lightweight class these days (at least in real road racing) 👍
I think Al and James should do a budget long way down (be better than the tripe on now) and narrated by Chris, James and Al strike me as two people that love a challenge and love a laugh, I would dearly love to see something like that.
oh fk yeah, riding a modest stock SV650S atm as my ZX10R got nicked and im loving it tbh, cant wait to see you go round the tracks rapido on this lil puppy
So awesome content for me...actually this is my dream bike...I would never be able to buy expensive superbikes and this bike looks just so racey I love it, so far I am tracking stock sv650 naked, but in the future i am hoping to build something like this.....
You’ve probably covered this somewhere but I’d love to see a sit down with you lads and James and talk about the highest highs and lowest lows of your time together 😂😂❤️ 44teeth is so special I’m still going through the back catalog so I’m sure I’ll come across that conversation. Stay safe you Willy Wangers 😂
6.00 mins in. Er, thats called a fork brace dude. We all fitted them on go faster bikes before USD forks were invented. Like last century. Re the 80 bhp. I'm interested. Has it still got bottom end ie not lost anything down low, good linear torque all over etc? Good package for a street bike? TIA, cheers.
So even with a tune and cams it seems to not go beyond 10k rpm redline whereas the old SV650 engine redline was at 11k and could be tuned for more. Is this because of physical changes made to the engine by Suzuki in the 2017-2020 4th gen bike or just the ecu?
Ive not long had my Gen 3's ECU flashed to suit the M4 full system exhaust. Stock redline was set at 10.400RPM but we raised this by 500RPM to 10,900, nearer to the 11K of Gen 1 and 2 models. Not sure why Suzuki lowered it but my tuner guy said absolutely no harm in raising it back up. My bike makes peak power at 10K.
44 down thumbs. Interesting. Also interesting: that stock gauge pod that many have complained about that look like it serves as a pretty tidy package behind a race fairing.
Al, what GSXR fairings did JHS use on this machine? Im building a stocktwin atm. In the process of getting a gsxr 750 sub frame and rear wheel before I get plastics.
Back racing Al, fantastic! Mr. Holland is some man for one man, look forward to following this lads. I'd love to take the 3rd bike for a whirl, never done a track day but I'm fast as fuck😁👍
Al you will have loads of fun on that bike, glad to see they are being used rather than in the workshop.... hopefully next time I pop into JHS James won't be trying quite so hard to crowbar my wallet out to buy them 😆😆... looking forward seeing you lapping the SV's and scalping a few Kawasaki's on track..
Got to say I wonder how James Holland’s new super twin compares to his original super twin that he made in 02 which I have had the pleasure of purchasing recently?
Dear, i'm thinking about converting my 2020 SV650 to track only: can you tell me where you bought the fork stiffener, the race bodykit, the steering plate and clipons?
Jason is super fast watched him at combe couple years ago and he looked the business or he had a dogy curry the night before and needed to get back to the pits urgently lol, love the mini twins had one as a track bike and loved it sadly at 58 I'm not gonna be quick enough for the third bike sorry James lol
Wow, you were not holding back on the short circuit! My heart got going just from seeing the way you threw the bike round corners. Hope to see more soon.
Best motorcycle content on YT.
truth
Yep, these lads are smashing it out the park right now

Completely agree. Great work as always guys. No BS, just banter, proper bike talk and honesty.
I’ve got two 1st gen SV650’s I will not part with. Huge aftermarket, light weight, great handling, great braking, ultra cheap to own. It is perhaps Suzuki’s greatest light sport bike ever made.
We need am hour long podcast like episode, where you two tell us all about your history together.
Yes that would be awesome
44teeth podcast would definitely be a instant classic
Watch bru time with teapot one and 44T
Often forget how fast Fagan is and then remember - oh yeah, he’s done BSB - great riding
Please please please more of these little quickies! Just do one take no editing required kinda deals. We really need it!!!
Just watched the motoamerica twins cup at New Jersey. The sv650s are very competitive.

I love the accuracy of that lap. It seemed like the bike was doing exactly what you wanted. Smoooooth.
James is such a flipping legend! He should have his own podcast in my opinion.
If Chris had his ACU License, he could be on the third machine :(
Tell him get his finger out :'D
He's busy making millions
@@TES99911 ??

I'm at Castle Combe next weekend for my first ever race :S see you there
Looking forward to seeing this pan out... wish Sue had his license and could take part... he would be good and more importantly enjoy it 👍
He’d just winge...
This is the sweet spot for racing!
Love the SV650 platform! How does Gen 3 frame, subframe and swing arms compare to early Gen SV chassis as far as stability and overall weigh? Love 44t content and personalities. The best Cheers from the U.S.
Bit stiffer but more flex in certain areas and way more stable
Would love to see James riding in some of your videos with you guys
He doesn’t ride anymore, hence the pasty legs. He only rides FZ50s nowadays
@@FortyFourTeeth well I'm waiting for the episode about those that you have mentioned ;)
Would like to see him & Mossy together. Could be a great comedy double act.
Get in!!!!!! 👊😎 This is awesome news and really excited about the Ultratwin concept. Hopefully be down to help a bit on the Sunday if work allows! 🤞
I said it before but James/JHS deserves his own episode, documentary style
Going from the feedback, I think you might be right!
Where can we get hold of those JHS RACING t-shirts that mr James Holland wears?? Nice 1 geeze!
This is a great idea. Their website has them for sale, but shipping to the US is super expensive.
Mike R you could get someone from uk to order them and ship them to you. How much is super expensive?
i love james he has so much to do with 44 and il never forget that from my point of view at the channel
Ah we always need more of James, his knowledge and wit are always enjoyable.
I'm building my 2000 SV650 up. So far, did the suspension swap and some other bits. Working on the chain and sprocket next. I miss racing! Your bike sounds great and that track looks fun!
good old talk with james. never gets boring
James is a legend love hearing his story's puts a smile on many a face I'd say 👌
I want James to be my dad 😁;
he's so cool and laid back, but I bet he can be a real taskmaster when it's called for.
I wouldn't want to get on James wrong side but I think by then you probably done something to justify it.
I'm riding an 08 SV650. I typically ride tight canyon roads and I love the power curve and torque.
Thanks for mentioning the fork brace. Immediatly ordered one.
Got a stock 3rd gen SV for commuting and the occasinal weekend hoon. Great bike for the dosh! Toying with suspension upgrades but that bottom fork brace looks spot on mate. That package you have seems to have massively improved the corner entry stability. Top job.
I know Suzuki built the new SV650 to compete with all the rage of 700cc bikes out there, but I'd like to see them bring back the SV1000.
I like how the frame has been painted to match the white bodywork. Nice. 😁
I am thankful for this video. Missed you guys!
I owned an SV650 briefly. I didn't think I would like it initially but it turned out to be a very good bike.
I have a 2020 SV650 and I’d love to do a track day with it. Ballast!! fkin brilliant. He said that waay too quick though...no feelings were left after this video!!
Looking at that bike really makes me wish Suzuki would bring back the SV650 in the S configuration. Drop the cafe racer X and bring back the S with a proper front fairing.

That's funny the kawas are big over there. Motoamerica supertwins are dominated by sv650s and mt-07's.
Great news!
Looking forward to more great content, as per usual.
I think Al and James should do a budget long way down (be better than the tripe on now) and narrated by Chris, James and Al strike me as two people that love a challenge and love a laugh, I would dearly love to see something like that.
Crakin vid...no preassure then gents 🏆🏆see you at Combe 👍👍👍👍
oh fk yeah, riding a modest stock SV650S atm as my ZX10R got nicked and im loving it tbh, cant wait to see you go round the tracks rapido on this lil puppy
Love you guys !! Funny as all ways !!! Please carry on with videos !!! Thanks mates !!!
Okay I'm no racer but I find the SV650 one of those bikes which keeps in impressing me.
Very nice, good luck to the team!

Don't know how fast you are going but at least you know the time !!!
Now I know where Milestone got most of their bike sounds from, for Ride 3.
Hope the races go well mate!
Absolutely love this channel. Keep up the good work guys and keep it coming :-)
Looking forward to you guys trying the new Aprilia RS660!
When Al utters the imortal line "good to go" I start worrying ,James looks as though he's seen some shit !
6.00 mins in. Er, thats called a fork brace dude.

TIA, cheers.
I've never been on a track, and I've managed to yeet my sv down a hill two weeks into riding it. I would be a perfect fit for the third bike. 😉
44t and jhs racing are the best combo out there.
I was racing against the Gb lads on those last year.
They’re surprisingly/depressingly fast for what they are
I'm so confused as to how they manage to be as fast as they are for a Vtwin, makes no sense.
comfy Fagan and JHS episode, the best
Lovley Fagan! Get on it sir, have a great time!
Awesome, this is great. Thanks for sharing.
Best of luck! Bike looks and sounds tasty!

not far from me Llandow, wish id known you was all there. Not a far trek for James either, down the road from Bristol
Awesome content everytime 👊
Llandow is where I trained for my test. Also trained on a SV
The engine braking on these bikes is incredible
Back racing Al, fantastic! Mr. Holland is some man for one man, look forward to following this lads.
I'd love to take the 3rd bike for a whirl, never done a track day but I'm fast as fuck😁👍
Perfect something decent to watch cheers lads
exactly what we thought :D
That bike sounds great and seems to pull nice all the way up the revs
Good luck Al!
Good luck guys... rubber down and thumbs up. 👍👍👍

that swingarm is a work of art
It looks like yard/outdoor furniture.
Dear, i'm thinking about converting my 2020 SV650 to track only: can you tell me where you bought the fork stiffener, the race bodykit, the steering plate and clipons?
If it's any consolation.. If JHS where in my neck of the woods I would 100% use you guys.... Great fucking spirit guys...
Nice Exhaust note for a SV
Good luck boys! 👍
Looks so fun!
I'll be at Combe too! Riding in the minitwins so sadly you cant give me a tow 😂 good luck!
Great stuff. Go Team JHS Racing!
I wish JHS Racing would open a shop here in Toronto, Canada. They would be the only people who work on my bikes.
Good luck to ya boys!
You did well. You are a great rider.
stock fork bodies and calipers? Good to get some confirmation that if that's good enough for racing it's good enough on my ER6
I am late to the comments because I was saving this video until last like I do with the food on my plate I like the most !
Yes the mighty beast!
Absolutely love ultra/super twins best of luck
James is a legend respect. #44

Ask Dom 'The Bomb' Herbertson, sure he would love to ride the 3rd bike!!!
Lovely bit of kit that
good luck boys!
Kinda would like to see how the piaggio and sidecar would fair on that track
Just curious what is the fairings on this bike , and would the standard road version fit. 👺👺
