San Diego: Hit & Runs 05142024

LOCATION: Market St & 41st St

DETAILS:
The driver of a grey SUV, described as a black male in his 40-50s, hit the female driver of the Mercedes as they were driving westbound on Market St.
The male then swerved right onto 41st at the intersection and hit the female driver of the red car, hitting her.
The male then hit a parked Jeep, backed up and hit the red car a second time. As the driver fled from the scene, he crossed the road and hit a fence. A witness went to check on the male and said, the male was heavily intoxicated.
The witness attempted to grabbed the keys from the car's ignition, but the male driver drove away. When the suspect went north on 41st St, he hit another parked vehicle at 41st St & F St. He then fled from that accident.
SDPD is investigating and there were no reported injuries
