Waouhh I have never comment a video, but this one, I got to do it. I am so related. I have dropped my Lpn program because of a a break up. I was emotionally and mentally down. Now I am trying to get better before going back to school. I regretted so much, They have to dismissed me from the program because I’ve missed classes for week. I’m so excited and I needed to hear your story how you conquered and overcame all of the hard times. Thanks I’m glad to see that it gives me hope for myself being a single mother of three! ❤😊
Listen, you have this strength that you don’t even know. I promise you if you stay focused and keep your eye on what’s important which is the future for yourself and your kids can get through the nursing program and come out on the other end so much better off❤️

God knew that I needed to see this on today. Thanks for sharing your testimony. I’m currently having to do pre req over only certain classes due to the school at the last minute wouldn’t take them from the school I took them at. I wanted to give up.
Don’t give up. How many times did I feel before I actually became a nurse practitioner. Most of us nurses have failed at some point we have had to take a class over at some point. You are not alone.

Wow! This is so personable for me because although your son told you that you could be his nurse, when my two year old son transitioned after a tragic accident 4 years ago, my spirit told me that I could handle being the nurse that helps the next family to get through a tough time such as what I went through. Thanks for your obedience and making this video Joy! I’ve given up on becoming a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner twice already since my loss, but the opportunity is back and I can become a PCA at a childrens hospital right now! I’m gonna go for it, just like you! 🙏🏽🫶🏽♥️

Whew girl watching this video is brining tears to my eyes. I just lost my mom 5 months ago. I’m raising two kids with special needs and ASD son and a daughter who’s deaf and hard of hearing. But they are the very reasons why i want to pursue my degree. I’m in my last semester taking prerequisites and I’ll be starting in either August or December of this year and it hurts since I’m still grieving but your reasons are the same reasons i want to push through. You can always start with your associates in nursing. I made a video about it. The major key is to just get started! I started off taking one class at a time then worked my way up. I want us to have a community here so that we can support each other.❤
