Hey Matt, really appreciate that you are taking time to make videos about 3rd party lenses for Fuji, that gives to on a budget Fuji user like me, better ideas where to find good quality items for the price!
I've always loved how TTartisan can make cheap, affordable lenses that gives out amazing photos. As an amateur photographer with a very tight budget, TTartisan will always deliver for me. Appreciate the great review Matt!
Hi Matt, hopefully when you have the chance, could you compare this with the new Viltrox 56mm f1.7? It seems smaller and lighter so might be a better choice for a minimalist setup.
It was really nice getting to see a comparison between the TTA and Fuji, thanks! It's pretty amazing just how far the 'lower tier' third party manufacturers have come in terms of IQ and AF lenses now.
Hey Matt, thanks for your video and your opinion about this lens. I am actually thinking about buying a 56 mm like this, just to try taking Fotos with a prime lens. Have fun with it! By. 😃📷
I'm at the very start of my journey of buying more lenses than I'll ever need. I have been considering a prime around the 50mm mark for a while now, you compare this one to the 50mm 2.0 in this video but there's also the Sigma 56mm 1.4 and I'd be interested to hear how these two alternatives might compare, if anyone have experience with both.
I love all the 3rd party lenses coming onto the market for Fuji! Especially given the prices of Fuji OEM lenses 😂 I’m looking forward to the next few years of releases!
It’s not SOOC it was a RAW file that I added the Classic Chrome film sim onto in Lightroom with minor adjustments to highlights, shadows & tone curve. He kinda pops in the image especially because I put him in a spot where light was peeking through the trees giving some natural contrast.
Hey! Great job on the video and good coverage! I hope we can get this sort of lens coming out for full frame cameras and I hope that ttartisans gets the ball rolling even more with the cool and different types of lenses that are cinema style but have character and also, possibly more important, have a good price so that people can actually afford them! Thanks again and I thinks it’s great you are doing this giveaway.!!! Hopefully the person who wins actually uses it!!! lol, I know I’ll put it to great use! (: :) ;)(;

I recently bought this lens, and it’s been great for portraits. The sharpness really stands out in every shot.

For the price it looks like a winner
Thanks for the nice, short and on point review. Good job! :)
At that price point, it's veeeery tempting....

Great video and comparison with the Fuji!
Very helpful video! Thanks
TTartisan are making great lenses for the price!
You should also try the Viltrox 56mm f1.4 for comparison if it's worth the steeper price
I unfortunately no longer own that lens to compare it
Great video! Love to see more budget lenses!! 😍
What sim you using? The green on guy with the guitar looks amazing
Depends which shot, can you put a timestamp? I used both Classic Chrome and Provia on that shoot depending on the lighting situation.
@@MattJacobs0:22 so the images are SOOC with just classic chrome?😮

I wonder how does this lens perform comapre to Viltrox 56mm F1.7
I am really split between this and their MF f/1.2
Good review. 👍
I have this for Sony and it’s great except for the lens hood. It’s a horrible design and there is no way to use a polarizer filter with it.
you are dangerous for my wallet matt
🔥🔥🔥
