I'm disappointed. I came for a Manchester-based, northern UK accent. Instead...I got a guy with a metropolitan New York accent. Sounds like he's going over the bullet points of his PowerPoint presentation with corporate.

I worked in the kitchen of a Holiday Inn. The cheesecake was kept in a special cooler separate from the other desserts. It was locked,and only the kitchen manager had the key. Before the new lockdown policy it seems that a lot of cheesecake was unaccounted for.

Then you wouldn't be asking this question. The fact that you did shows you totally missed that:
25 pounds cream cheese
15 pounds sugar
2.5 cups flour
The flour is only there to act as an emulsifier, prevent cracking, and hold everything together. It's not the main body of the cake as it would be in a traditional cake recipe.
So actually, the sugar to cake recipe is perfectly in line with any normal dessert.

I had a job and I would spend it on, you guessed it, Cheesecake. I would buy a whole strawberry cheesecake for my self and eat it within 2-3 days. Until I remember one day I ate a slice and after I felt my left arm go numb. I didn't have pain, I think. Didn't go to the hospital. Well let's just say that I don't eat cheesecake often now. Im just the young girl with Big dreams of eating a endless amount of cheesecake..
