Hi Steve! Hope you get better soon. Indeed a dedicated video with thorough summary of all the “tools” that helped you would be beneficial for all the others
Hi Steve I'm still going through ups and downs...recovery definitely isn't linear thats for sure. I'm going to give hypnotherapy a shot and see how it goes.lm still not on any medication. You definitely have come a long way Steve.
Glad to hear you're having good days. Attitude is so important. I've had PPPD for 10 months since having COVID and it's been so up and down, but I have had symptom free days
Thanks! I’ve had mine for 19 months now since COVID! I know eventually it will fade enough and hopefully correct itself, it was such a dark and scary place! But know you will recover and keep positive and keep going!
Hey Steve. I’ve been dealing with PPPD as well and I’m on 100mg of Sertraline (just increased from 50mg a week ago, so I’ve been feeling lots of side effects). Would you say 100mg has helped you? I always wonder if I should stick to the medication or try to fight the PPPD alone
Hi, I’ve been on 150mg of Sertraline for a while now, and it does get better! When you up the dosage it’s normal to get increased symptoms for a week to 2 but eventually your body gets used to it, I still think it’s helped me massively! And allowed me to go back to work which in itself is natural VRT Keep on going and see how you feel, here if you need me 👍🏻
