Hey Steve and Dee! I couldn't make the live video, but just watched the video! First off, your editing and Dee's tea break was so funny! 😂 Thanks for the laugh! Secondly, I so appreciate your discussion on all this. It is not any better here in America with all the doctors and finding people who really understand this stuff (except for the Steady Coach and Dr. Beh online). I actually went to a vestibular physio and she was the most knowledgeable about pppd, etc. but also doctors dont diagnosis you with mdds unless you were on a cruise here. I believe my symptoms are most in line with mdds (exactly like you Dee). I feel the worst just sitting on a chair. Its a constant movement forward and back. It has gotten more subtle for me recently but its still there. Exercise and walking has helped and im trying to stay away from any passive movement (like rocking chairs, treadmills, and yes even driving for right now). All of those things intensified my symptoms AFTER using them, but during i feel totally normal. So far my walking has felt much more stable since stopping those things. Working out feels almost normal again. Its just sitting still that i still feel the movement subtly. The only other symptom ive been getting is head pressure and eye floaters...but those are more sporadically. Im not sure if i have vestibular migraine going on as well. Anyway, thanks again you guys!
I found it overwhelming too.
I've pulled back.on both as well
