Israel you should get an MRI asap and then get an actual physical therapist at any medical facility. Most armwrestlers, sadly, don’t know anything about real evidence-based rehab. If you have a partial tear that isn’t really operable by surgery, it doesn’t mean you can’t recover. Physical therapists are trained in recovering people from tendon injuries. They have a saying: “Treat the doughnut, not the hole.” Meaning the tear is there but you can strengthen and thicken the healthy part of the tendon. They know how to gradually restore you to a high level of performance and range of motion while reducing pain. There’s no magic cure, just months of careful rehabilitative exercise. Movement is medicine, but it must be the correct movement and the correct load.
