Amazing guitarist, I whole heartily believe his wife killed him, I remember when they first hit the scene and then blew up in the early 2000's, I remember coming back from a deployment in 2007 and just jamming out to them the entire deployment in Guam, he's also one of the people that inspired me to pick up a guitar, but the main influence has to be dimebag
Cliff Burton doesn't belong on that list. All he ever did was plug a bass into the guitar amplifier. Jason newstead was better. Robert Trujillo is garbage.
I remember this album coming out at the time I'd lost my dad, brother and nephew. I'd take like, 20 bong hits and chug ten beers or so until I was kinda numb and comforted and would play this melodic break over and over. So very sad for him, his fam, friends and fans. I do hope his spirit is happy and at peace somewhere in the great unknown.
you all probably dont care but does someone know of a way to get back into an Instagram account..? I somehow forgot the password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me
I grew up listening to these guys, definitely influenced my playing, but I forgot about them until this video randomly popped up in my feed and just learned of the unfortunate end of Oli. RIP Oli.
Oli was the slam dunk that some never noticed. Incredible guitarist.
Amen to that brother! Oli Herbert is an incredible guitarist

Still can't believe he's gone.
That was an amazing night! RIP Oli 💕
You can tell Oli was heavily influenced by Randy Rhodes just by his posture and how he holds his guitar like a Classical guitarist and his Jackson Vs🔥
Rest in Peace
Wish I could have been there for that!!
