The pigeon pill is brootal, feathered friends need to be free to soar the sky, not reduced to a cage. I may suffer in my trappings, but birds have freedom I only ever could dream of.
@@TransientCynic All the animals here are disabled (can’t be released) OR are rehabilitated to release back into the wild. Smokey the squirrel actually didn’t want to leave and kept coming back. Plus those two “wild” pigeons are so tame and enjoy being around the other animals and the people. It’s a quiet and calming space. Obviously more money would mean larger enclosures and so on but it’s a charity and not a scummy one where directors get all the money - it’s just a couple that own it. Even though I can’t stand people, the owners and the workers/volunteers are really good.
