i've had a tube (g then switched to gj) for 11 years! it's been so good for me tbh idk what i would do without it. glad you're doing well with it and lemme just say, there are some really cute tubie pads on etsy! and trust me there will be *so much mucus* so make sure to clean it regularly and put gauze over it!
My 14 year old who’s previously had an ND tube with moderate-severe gastroparesis and previous SMA syndrome (along with classical EDS, and POTS) needs a G/J tube placed. She’s failed all motility drugs. How long did you have to wait before your physicians decided you needed the surgical tube?
Im glad everything went well. I have my first ever surgery on Wednesday to remove my gallbladder. Im super nervous but this video has helped me feel a bit better.
So happy your ok and op whent wall I find out if thats my gi dr plan on Wednesday 26th august thankyou for sharing it means alot to people your so beautiful ❤❤❤❤😘😘😘🥰🥰🥰❤❤💕💕💕
yeah for sure! it was more my preference really. my team and i all saw that the feeding tube was going to be a longer term thing for me, and the NG hurt my throat a lot and was just uncomfortable and i didn’t like it. after the switch i’m much more comfortable and happy :)
