LCMS application: Determination of Sulfonamide Residues in Fish using LCMS-8045 Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer. In this video, we are demonstrating a validated QuEChERS-LC-MS/MS method for simultaneously quantitative analysis of six sulfonamides in fish matrix on a Shimadzu LCMS-8045 Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer. The details from data analysis instructions to data judgment including sample pretreatment were elaborated. The data analysis is processed by using Shimadzu LabSolutions Insight software. LabSolutions Insight is a multi-analyte software with powerful data mining and analytics capabilities that accommodates multiple users working environments. It provides tools to streamline data review and focus on the chromatograms that need critical attention. In the end, the method is validated for accuracy, precision, recovery, matrix effect, and reproducibility.
