QUESTION: I been back collecting since 2022, and at the beginning I was just buying Bb or etb to open for binders. Since a year now, I switched to a different mind set and buy only sealed products and few cards, as investment. I have close to 20k in my Pokémon portfolio now, and I would say I invested around 8K. I’m wondering, when should I consider to sell? I’m totally confident that it can keep growing for the next year ( with the an amazing sets coming and following year with 30th anniversary). Meanwhile I keep buying PC ETB and a BB from pretty much every new set coming out. Fair enough, and honestly, I don’t even know what I would do with the money beside a potential down payment for a loan for a house, but not even urgent at the moment, and already investing slowly in stocks on the side.
