Hello Everyone, I thru hiked the Pacific Crest Trail last year in 2017 and these are my videos from my amazing adventure. I will be releasing a video for almost everyday I was on trail, which was 172 of the best days of my life!
Hope this big series will be helpful in planning your own PCT thru hike in the future.
    Enjoy and Happy Trails Everyone!
Started my SOBO PCT trip on July 9th 2017 and ended it on Dec 27 2017
    Cameras I was using,
4K Sony Action Cam FDR X3000 for my video and for my stills I was using my Sony a6000.
    They both performed really well!
In case anyone is wondering about the gear I brought out, I made a gear video before I started my thru hike. Here is the link

Thanks again for all of your videos! You have provided me with hours and hours of entertainment and joy! I have been hiking parts of the Bruce Trail here in Ontario. I expect the Bruce would be tame to such an experience hiker as yourself. I am a 60 yr old guy who has only been hiking the last couple of years, so I am learning much from your videos. Much appreciated. I bought some hiking poles, the same ones you are using and I must say it sure has made a difference for me. It has given me much more confidence on the trail and as you had said in one of your videos "hiking poles give you three points of contact on the trail". Hike on Hurlgoat!!! Thank you so much!!!!

You down-played your food situation at lunch, but we all know how you like to eat. Was not surprised when you changed your plans and sprinted for Burney! :)

Whoa! A cliff hanger ending. Did he get there in time?
Always enjoy your videos. They're the first ones I click on when they arrive in my In Box.

I noticed that a lot of times you cook near your tent and eat meals inside your tent. Have you had any wildlife problems from doing so?

No never, I've hiked The JMT, The Colorado Trail, The Pacific Crest Trail and almost done the Lowest to Highest Route and I've always eating inside or around my tent and have never had a single issue, I'm not saying that's the proper thing to do, but no problems yet.
