Tesla Cybertruck - Miami, FL Showroom - Nov 24, 2023

Tesla is rolling out its new Cybertruck models to select showrooms in the US. There are presently models on display in a few handfuls of locations, to precede the Cybertruck Delivery Event, taking place in Austin, TX on Nov 30.
The Cybertruck prototype was first unveiled four years ago.
We headed over to Miami's Design District to have a quick look.
Also on display was a model of the Optimus bot.

2:34 - Sure looks like they have reduce the departure angle with that wart underneath the bumper. That is likely to get seriously "road rashed" when off road.

I've heard others comment the same; according to their website, it has a 35-degree approach angle and a 28-degree departure angle.

My neighbor had the truck in his own driveway for the entire week last week. Saw it every day. It is ugly and there are way better looking electric trucks out on the market now. It looks useless

No doubt it's a polarizing design choice. Time will tell how it does in the market versus the limited existing as well as new [fully electric] competition.

I believe so. I live in the bay area SF. He had a goldish brown looking one in his driveway.
