Representation is very bad.... if u really want to make a video on tis hazari so you must do home work first the oldest court having largest jurisdiction and very much famous for civil matters... starting line hi bakwas ki jo kuch ni karta vo law kar leta hai.... jinhe life me bht kuch karna hota hai vo law karte hai... or interview kuch ache well qualified advocates k lete young advocates k sath sath senior advocates of tis hazari toh kuch acha representation hota ye video advocates ki insult jyada laag rhi hai

Dear Live Law team, I liked this coverage. Well done. Simple, yet insightful. It delves directly into the ground reality of the courts of India, especially the lower, district and sessions courts. The steep learning curve for lawyers during the pandemic, in regards to learning to operate on a virtual platform was a tough nut to crack indeed. The first lawyer interviewed (Chamber # 396) brought out some of the issues well. It was fun listening to second lawyer Rafique Ahmed as well ... sensible good advice for couples facing issues in marriage opposed by parents. (Not the number of kids though !!!) . I must admit I was surprised to hear about the caste based approach as cited by one lawyer , that is unfortunate indeed, if true. Finally, to be honest I was pleasantly surprised to hear a lot of compassionate and hopeful words like " Beta", "I was blessed", "God Bless you", "Prabhu ki kripa" . Overall a nice coverage. Keep up the good work Live Law Team. - SBR.

This is d hlf reality of root problems of an adv, jnr or fresh adv have to suffer more than this, exceptions to those who are not 1st gen adv in fmly.

One of Tishazari Advocate guy filled a false molestation case through his old mother by misusing his profession to satisfy his personal gurge and his motive is to extort money from me. Please help me and my family. I along with my family struggling for it. Bar Council may please interfere as a case of genuinely.

Recently a Dalit Judge has elevated to Supreme Court.. All reservation goes to Dalit People..They don't know anything still they get post..Irony of India...Grow up Man😂

Charu your giggle/laugh at 13:02 about husband being hit for couple seeking divorce is unfortunate, misandric & unbecoming of a law student who might become a future litigation lawyer. Had he said that he had hit the wife for seeking divorce, would you still have giggled/laughed at it? Ask yourself this. Misandry is as damaging as misogyny, if not more. I must say Livelaw is half dead.

With the new topic (challanges faced by new/first generation advocates I'll explain preciously..with minut details where young/ new advocates makes mistakes and what are the basic strategies to overcome challanges and would talk about the mistakes which I have made during my initial days..so that my fellow mates should avoid doing such things which discourage them and gives them a thought to switch the profession 😊
